Such a poor company to work for. Management is completely inconsistent — one manager will say one thing, and the next day another manager says something entirely different. There is no clear direction or accountability.
Staff are regularly told to leave calls early because it is “too busy,” which highlights how badly the rotas are planned. The office seems unable to organise staffing levels properly, and this pressure is then pushed onto frontline workers.
Holiday entitlement has also been mishandled, with staff having holidays taken away, which is extremely concerning and feels unlawful. This creates unnecessary stress and shows a lack of respect for employees’ rights.
The worst part is that the staff themselves work incredibly hard — especially the girls on the floor — but they are consistently let down by poor management decisions. Overall, it is a very disappointing and frustrating place to work.
