Does not like to do referrals

Extremely disorganised and unsupportive service. It was very difficult to obtain a referral despite persistent symptoms and ongoing concerns. I felt that my situation was not taken seriously, and communication throughout the process was poor.

In the end, I had to seek help privately instead. The private doctor listened to my concerns, prescribed appropriate medication, and provided a referral to a specialist during a single appointment, which highlighted the contrast in care and responsiveness I experienced.
