Do not trust this company!
I paid a $3,499 deposit after being clearly told in writing that it was a “fully refundable deposit.” Based on that representation, I proceeded with the payment.
When I later decided not to go ahead with the purchase, I requested a refund as agreed. Since then, I have received no response to multiple emails and follow-ups, and the deposit has not been returned.
It is extremely frustrating to be ignored after a clear written commitment was made. At this point, I have had to issue a formal Letter of Demand, initiate a credit card chargeback, and lodge a complaint with NSW Fair Trading in order to recover my money.
I would strongly caution others to ensure they fully understand the terms in writing and to be careful when paying deposits.
Avoid at all costs! Very difficult and very unreasonable people to deal with. Josh Horton, Isaac Chay and Shireen Brown… SHAME ON YOU!
