The delivery (Japan to Germany) took same days but nevertheless it was fast.
Directly after buying the product it was possible to track the delivery.
The prices within the shop are always transparantly shown.

I’m going to be honest, I was still skeptical with the website despite the number of good reviews here, but it turned out to be that good.

I got a lash serum at a cheaper price compared to other websites. I also asked a question and they responded quickly. Lastly, the product arrived quicker than the predicted time!

My experience with Hairbb has been very positive. I managed to get a Japanese shampoo that was hard to find in Europe, and although the delivery took a bit long (as stated from the beginning), the order arrived without any issues. The price is a bit high, but it was worth it to get exactly the product I was looking for.

Hello.

I purchased the Shiseido Crystallizing Straight 1S from Hairbb.com and requested a return, since they advertise an “easy return within 30 days of receipt.” I never got any response from them until the 30 days had passed, and my concerns were ignored.

The product had no effect at all, and I want to warn others: don’t buy it, and be cautious with Hairbb.com’s return policy and lack of support.

As I can't seem to find where to answer to your responded message. I never received any form of answer nor you proceeded with my returns request, and lets say that you don't accept product once used moreover stated that you have 30 days returns, so should a customer return something unused how one can tell the defects of a product without trying or seeing for self and why write features that doesn't clearly exist in a product and sell it on your website. Very upsetting.
