Generous refund and charity donation

The Baby Formula I ordered from the UK arrived in 2 days, so efficient. Unfortunately my mistake completely, grandma ordered the wrong type! The company tried to help me with a return and refund but UK and European customs were making it impossible. My mistake was costly. Cosmetic2go then said they were going to give me a full refund and asked that I donate the formula to a local charity. To say I was absolutely overwhelmed by this generosity and gesture of kindness would be an understatement. It has shown that some companies go way beyond what customer services is expected of them. Can I effusively thank you all at cosmetic2go and say the local mother and baby charity are delighted with your generous donation.

Arrived on time

Arrived on time. Great product. The problem is by the time it gets to me the cost is crazy due to postage costs. It’s the only thing that soothes my dry eyes. I try not to use it because I can’t really, as a senior, afford it.
