Painting and polishing of floors
A very good company with very good professionals. They finish all the surfaces very good, can get rid of scratches in the floor and modernise walls. Very clean and fast.

Damaged baseboards and wrong time estimations
When using this service, the workers damaged all the baseboards with their machines. When complaining about it, the company said that "we recommend that you paint them afterwards".
They did not provide this information upfront to warn us, and they did not protect the baseboards with basic protective tape. It is very unprofessional.
Besides that, the work that was requested in advance and planned got delayed, which made us have our apartment 50% empty and 50% full of boxes and furniture while waiting for the new available time.
Edit after response from the company:
The issue has always been the communication. If the information is in your head and it stays in your head, and you do not tell us, we don't know about it. You did not warn us before, and did not say anything afterwards if we had not complained, that damaging baseboards is apparently "normal" and we should "paint afterwards".
Unfortunately it is not just "a line" that has damaged the baseboards. It is multiple marks, lines, stains and hits.
Yes, we were offered paint to cover, but would it have been free? If not, then we can get this service from anywhere.

I am sorry that you are unhappy with our service.
We always recommend to paint the baseboards after sanding, because we want to sand your floor right up to the baseboards. Otherwise you will have about 2-3cm floor that would not be sanded. And we have of course put protective tape, as this is usual business.
But when the baseboards is freshly painted, a line will unfortunately occur. We have offered you to give you some paint to cover.
I am not sure how we could do it better.
Regarding the delay, we have unfortunately staff change, and this has caused delays for few days.
I am very sorry that you rate us on baseboards and delaying, but not mention the floor sanding.
I hope we can do better next time, to your full satisfaction.
