I cannot recommend this company

I cannot recommend this company. They were friendly and arrived when they said they would, but the floor was left with visible streaks and areas that still felt rough after sanding.

I have contacted them a couple of times about these issues but have received no response. A warranty offers little reassurance when you cannot get anyone to address problems with the work.

For the price they charge, both the quality of the finish and the aftercare are simply not good enough.

** Update ** Still waiting for a response from you; I tried your email and number, but no response in a week.

**Update 2. now seeking legal action as they ignore every attempt to contact them**

Hi Lee,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are genuinely sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the final finish of your floor.
We take your comments about the visible streaks and rough areas seriously. We are also very sorry to hear that you have tried to contact us without receiving a response. That is not the level of aftercare we want our customers to experience.
At Ncgulve ApS, we stand behind our work, and if a customer experiences an issue after the job has been completed, we want the opportunity to inspect it properly and determine what needs to be done.
We would therefore like to arrange a visit so we can inspect the floor together with you and work towards a proper solution. Our warranty is important to us, and we want it to have real value for our customers.
Please contact us directly at +45 22 50 43 06 or info@ncgulve.dk, and we will make sure your case is followed up.
We hope you will give us the opportunity to resolve this properly.
Kind regards,
Ncgulve ApS
