Ordered a guitar from Guitarbitz in the week between Christmas and new year....and it was delivered just a couple of days into the new year! Cheapest price I've seen that particular guitar sold for, too, which was a bonus! They apply their 12 point check to all guitars before they ship them out and, consequently, the guitar turned up perfectly set up and ready to play. I have two guitars set up by Guitarbitz and they play as well as any guitar I've owned....and that's a LOT, over the last 40 years of playing guitar! I wouldn't buy a guitar from anywhere else!!!

Purchased a guitar and case, really good price on the discontinued guitar,
received a £20 discount on the case really pleased. The service and delivery were first class. Only one gripe ~ The advert on the web page states : 0% FINANCE ON ALL PURCHASES OVER £279 ~ I SPENT £664
~ "No can do finance as the guitar is discounted". Slightly misleading, and disappointing!!

Bought this to replace a worn jack socket on my Yamaha TRB5II bass guitar. Perfect replacement and easy to install. Works brilliantly, excellent value for money and free , very fast, shipping too (with the extra purchase of a Jim Dunlop string winder). Will definitely use again.

I am local to Guitarbitz, Frome, but I weren't expecting, when I ordered a handful of bits, some strings and a guitar stand, mid-morning, to have a smiley, cheerful bloke turn up at my doorstep with a Guitarbitz bag in hand early in the evening of the same day.
