I bought two tickets for Megarama Rabat from the guichet.ma website. My bank account was debited, but I never received any email confirmation or tickets.

When I went to Megarama, they told me there was no reservation under my name.

I tried contacting guichet.ma several times by phone and email to request a refund, but they never replied. On WhatsApp, they responded once after I explained the situation, and since then there has been no response at all.

It has been more than 20 days and I still haven’t received any explanation or refund.

I do not recommend this service to anyone due to their lack of support and professionalism.

Terrible experience . Booked 3 tickets for a concert . It charged my card instantly yet showed the tickets still in my basket . I never received a confirmation nor reference of tickets.
Sent numerous emails on their website with no response hence missing the concert and me being out of pocket for the tickets . Awful .

The worst service. The website Guichet.ma had a technical issue that led to charging my card 6 times. They ended up sending me 6 tickets while i needed just one.
I tried to contact them via phone, email, whatsapp for 10 days now with no answer. A technical mistake that should be solved in a day with any other website in the world is stuck with Guichet.ma with no resolution nor reimbursement....a great company becoming a SCAM due to their unreal service.

I booked 5 tickets for an event it got postponed the first time the second it got cancelled I requested a refund they took about 3 days to approve it, now still got nothing it's been a month, if you sent an email you will get a response in 3 to 7 business day. This is a joke not a business any creator should not work with them if he care about their following.
