Can I rate it 0 stars? Incredibly bad platform design, maybe the worst I have ever used. Who’s is responsible of it? Avoid if possible but it is unlikely since it is the major platform to but tickets in Colombia. If you have to buy ticket using tuboleta service, better to reserve a lots of time, full day. Good luck!

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Cancelled my tickets that I spent over $300 on, and refused to help me. Their customer service is appalling, they make you send endless forms just to blow you off with a "we don't care" email. If you don't care about your customers why do you even have customer service.
