The whole process were very efficient - the Guerin team were very helpful on pick and again on return, the car was clean and good to drive. I will rent from Guerin again.

Good car, friendly service

Renting the car was easy & we were satisfied with our rental. What was less than ideal was the rental return, which is a problem for more than just Guerin. The long lines/wait, poor set up, tight spaces etc. Go there with a bunch of extra time/patience.

Great experience no waiting as you can do the check in on your phone, car was clean in side and out great staff and service. I noticed all the other hire companies had long queues. When returning the car fast and easy it’s our 4th rental with guerin and would highly recommend thank you for a great service and your staff are so polite and helpful

Very smooth and easy. All in all everything works really well.

Used to be my favorite car rental company (and I rent a lot). The human staff is great. However, Guerin switched to a voice bot for support. It's useless. Just another company which thinks that bots can save money, on the expense of real service. And, to top up the awful service, they never reply to customerrelations email. So Guerin, are you loaded with too much requests? Hopefully, you'll have a lot of free time soon. Poor service is safest way to lose loyal clients

I had a fantastic experience renting a car with Guerin at Lisbon Airport. There was no aggressive marketing or upselling at all. The whole process was fully automated and seamless—I got the car within 10 minutes, and returning it was equally easy. The staff was also very friendly.
