I always shop at GSF they have ll the things I need in stock if not it's next day . Soon GSF are opening in Bispham closer to me good one guy's.

1st class service & communication, my order arrived next day & I was kept fully informed with the delivery schedule via DPD. The item I ordered was at a very good price aswell. Excellent service, excellent price, would highly recommend GSF

Shocking company.

Ordered a Sealey petrol can and spout; spout turns up late, messaged on their site for a return / refund, no comms back, 14-days expired, petrol can cancelled and stuck with a spout with no can.

Comms sucks, stock position unknown, delivery times can't be trusted and then breaking distance selling act rules, its a very poor way to treat a customer. Back to other resellers.

Excellent service ordered online for collection, goods waiting on arrival no fuss

I ordered some spark plugs 5 weeks ago which were in stock to collect next day. I went to collect and they weren’t in stock. Come back 2 days later to collect them as I was away with work and they had cancelled the order. I used “loyalty” points on the order but I cannot get the points back even though the order didn’t go through and was cancelled by them! I have emailed customer services 10 times and each time they say they will be restored shortly. That’s “loyalty” for you. Avoid, they obviously don’t care about the “loyal” customers.

Went to GSF Bridgwater today to return a faulty car battery that I had ordered from Ebay shop. Ash and Caleb in the shop were outstanding I thought that as I had ordered through Ebay they would not allow me to return the battery via the shop but in fairness they could not have been more helpful. They apologised and asked after my sons welfare (battery acid on hand due to battery leak). They proceeded to issue me with a new battery to replace the leaky one and sorted out a refund for my inconvenience.

One person serving and a queue whilst five or six staff standing around chatting. Not great! No apology for wait. Are customers important?! Parts okay when eventually got them!

AVOID ORDERED PRODUCTS THAT STILL HAVENT BEEN DELIVERED REACHED OUT TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT NO REPLY

The parts didn’t turn up on time and they had to re order bits so was very pointed

website wasnt clear on the part said there where options looking at the specs there was not options I went in to the store to confirm and then he wanted to charge me more than the website, wouldnt confirm the part number and wouldnt match the price said he had to confirm the part and I would never have known the right part if he hadnt stood for 10 mins checking he was there 3 mins if that. in the end I left that store and ordered it from an alternative store and collected chorley branch the service very poor preston sorted it no problem if it wasnt for preston you would have lost a repeat customer

Very expensive as OEM parts on top of it staff is very unprofessional, swearing at the system, took them 1 hour to find the part ordered a day before, no email confirmation for arrival so I just had to guess when to pick it, the customer service operators behind the desk look like they're owning the place bunch of clowns. Very disappointed wouldn't choose them again.

It was just easy, ordered on the website used click and collect. Paid for item on the website went and picked it up. Store easy to find and get to. Staff friendly and efficient. Item I picked up is good for what I needed. Couldn’t fault any of the experience.
