Went to park in a multistorey car park…

Went to park in a multistorey car park and part of it is gym parking.
I didn't park in the gym parking but they are trying to charge me for it anyway.
I paid for a car park ticket and provided evidence.
They rejected my appeal.
I've told them that any further correspondence will go in the bin because I am not being scammed by these people.
I instructed them to take me to court if they feel they can prove I parked in the area .
I know I didn't park in that area so they have no proof for a court case.
They will not get my money.
I am disabled and have very little money anyway so I'm not parting with it for a company that scams people

Daylight robbery

Parked slightly out of bay, disabled badge holder, Sunday free parking. Was sent a PCN, appealed to POPLA, appeal rejected and ended up paying the higher amount, even though they said it would be the lesser amount. The small print is ridiculous, the even smaller signage is pathetic. Money making thieves

Title: Fined even though the machine said: Free of charge

Review:
I was issued a parking charge by Group Nexus even though the payment machine on site clearly displayed “Free of charge” when I entered my registration. I followed the instructions exactly as shown, and the machine confirmed that no payment was required. Naturally, I trusted the information provided by their own system.
Despite this, I later received a fine claiming I had not paid. This is completely unacceptable. If the machine tells drivers that parking is free, then issuing a PCN afterwards is misleading and unfair.
When I appealed and explained what happened, my explanation was dismissed. It seems Group Nexus did not properly review the circumstances or acknowledge that the fault was with their machine, not with me.
Drivers should not be penalised for relying on the information given by the operator’s own equipment. This feels like a clear case of poor management and unfair
I expect this unjust charge £60 to be reimburse as soon as possible and for Group Nexus to fix their systems so other customers do not go through this bad sittuation, please.

Regards,
Ana Blesa.

I'd give the ZERO stars if I could. Scam company !

App didn't work & I spent 30 minutes trying to get to work. Tried calling them but there is no one to actually speak to. It's an auto phone system so can't speak to a real person. Emailed them & no reply from them or even an acknowledgement. I gave up & left the car park without even leaving my car. I oarked elsewhere & kept my ticket from there as proof that I was willing to pay. However, I still got a ticket from Nexus. Tried to dispute ticket on their website but 'dispute button' on website doesn't work either & then the website crashes. Phone number fir dspute goes to auto system again. Eventually paid the fine as I was going around in circles Absolute scam of a company. I'd give the zero stars if I could. App always used to work but now it doesn't resulting in a fine as you've parked & got a fine by the time you finally realise you can't actually pay. Avoid using their car parks

I’d actually give it a ZERO star if I could. Appealed my parking charge and they replied without any reference to what I had actually put in the appeal. Not allowed any further contact with them. Ridiculous. And I had to pay a £1.50 admin charge on the top of my fine. JOKE!!!

Great service from Nexus Parking

My wife has been very ill for sometime and I always take photos of the hospital parking payment machine after we’ve paid each time we’ve left the hospital, and after our recent traumatic hospital visit I was a little absent minded and forgot to take a picture, and although it was revealed that we hadn’t paid, the nexus company were extremely gracious, considerate and understanding, and after only a few emails they wavered the fine, we will obviously be more careful in the future, and we can’t thank the company enough and the people who dealt with us, 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Something needs to be done about these scumbags. Fine illegally issued after 14 days and because autopay on the App didn't work. Then sent threatening emails to say you can appeal further but then you lose the chance to pay £40 instead of £80. Spoken to Northampton General who told me they are doing this to lots of people and bullying old vulnerable people.

Discusting company

Spent a little longer in Nandos than expected because I had to queue for nearly 45 mins - should not have to rush my family to eat their food to get back to my car at a time when all shops have shut anyway! I'm not inconveniencing anyone. Pitch black when I arrived. Tiny sign at Mayflower carpark, with no visibility, is completely unacceptable. Such a scam.

Absolutely disgraceful at Halton General Hospital

Absolutely disgraceful experience. I received a parking charge after attending a medical appointment at the Axess Clinic Halton General Hospital, a day that was already extremely difficult and distressing. There were no visible or working payment facilities available in the clinic, yet my appeal was completely dismissed without any understanding or compassion for the circumstances.

I explained that I was in pain and had undergone a traumatic experience that day, but the company showed zero empathy or flexibility. Instead, they hid behind generic wording about “signage compliance” and “terms and conditions,” offering no real consideration for the human aspect of what patients are going through.

I have now paid the fine under protest, but I think it is an absolute disgrace to issue and enforce parking charges against people attending medical or hospital appointments, some involving highly unpleasant or sensitive procedures. This is not a day out; it’s a necessity.

This company should be ashamed of how they treat people. Patients deserve compassion, not punishment.

Trowell Services

Trowell Services.
I was working at Trowell Services, was told to give registrations in at WHSmith, I even showed them photos of the registrations so they wouldn’t get it wrong. One of the registrations apparently didn’t go through but I wasn’t responsible for entering the reg’s. They said they’d cancel the PCN if I provide evidence I was working there. Government headed letter provided, appeal rejected with standard signage email. They didn’t provide a POPLA code and still haven’t after 4 emails requesting it. Reported to BPA

Charge ridiculous fines yet car park in disrepair

My sister and her newborn were in intensive care in Russells Hall Hospital and time was of the essence. I tried for over 15 minutes to park. All car parks were full with queues of people waiting for spaces. There is literally nowhere else to park near the hospital as it's surrounded by red routes and dual carriageways. The entrance to the car park was in complete disrepair - the barriers look like someone had crashed into them and are not working, there was no obvious signage and the ground conditions makes for an off-road experience. I found an unmarked space at the very back of the car park at the end of a parking row and parked there; I was not obstructing anyone or causing any issues. Upon my return a few hours later (after I had paid for parking at the machine inside the hospital), I found a parking fine stuck to my car for not being parked in a marked bay. Several other people who had done similar to myself also had fines on their cars. My fine had been issued within 8 minutes of me entering the car park which makes me feel like the attendant was watching everyone struggling to park like a vulture. I will be complaining to the hospital as to why they are using this awful company to manage their car parks. What are people supposed to do in an emergency when there physically isn't enough car parking spaces?! I didn't bother appealing because I can see from the reviews that people in more tragic situations than me have had no success, so clearly this company has zero compassion or morals. They literally prey on people who are likely having one of the most stressful days of their life.
