I was a little sceptical of purchasing the LG speakers from grooves.land - it wasn't a retailer I was familiar with and they were also overseas. However, the goods arrived as described and the communication from sale to delivery was excellent - from order it took 7 days for delivery but this was as described, so not a problem.
I wouldn't hesitate to use grooves.land again in the future!

Terrible Experience – Unresolved Refund and Return Issues
I purchased a motherboard from Groovesland and returned it via UPS, which was accepted by the company. However, when they received the package, they claimed the motherboard was "ruined" and refused to refund me.
I then requested the motherboard be sent back to me. Groovesland asked for €40 for return shipping, and I followed their instructions to make the payment via PayPal. Despite receiving confirmation from PayPal that the payment was successfully processed, Groovesland claimed they never received it.
To this day, I have not received my refund or the motherboard. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and resolution. I will be filing a complaint with the European Consumer Centre.
I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with Groovesland, as their customer service and handling of returns has been unacceptable.

I ordered a TechniSat Technibox UHD Box. Communicative seller. Correct paper work for import to Britain. Painless transaction. Recommended.

Great price that included a fair shipping charge to the UK, my speakers to go with my SC9S soundbar. Installed quick and working great.

Ordered a Panasonic UBC90EG. Next day asked them to set the "set-up" language to English ( I know the factory set-up language is German because I have bought the machine, whichh is German,before from a German seller). They replied it is not possible to do this. This immediately raised my suspicions. Emailed them again and asked if it was not available for immediate delivery I would like to cancel the order and get a full refund. They did this within 2 days. My suspicion is their technique is to get customer's cash, invest it for the interest which accrues, and never fulfil the order. Beware, there is a similar online shop with identical layout as Grooves.land. Bill Adams28/11/2024

I bought two WiFi 7 chip from here. Price, delivery and service were excellent. I didn’t face any problems with transportation.

It came as it was ment to be. And on time very happy with it

THE PARCEL ARRIVED FROM GERMANY CRUSH, CONTENTS BROKEN.

I'M BEING ASKED TO WAIT WEEKS FOR THE DFS CLAIM PROCEDURE TO RESOLVE.

I DONT THINK THE PARCEL SYSTEM IS FIT FOR PURPOSE.

My order was delivered quickly ,only concern was tracking info completely out of sync. Tracking showed my order still at senders warehouse when it was delivered. Could not fault service, thanks

It only took 10 days to get to my home in the uk, it works fine with my PS5. Will have more things from this company.

Received the part on time, same spec I ordered. The postal box was small and sturdy. Good people they are.

Bought a set of surround sound speakers as the same ones in UK cost double,everything was easy,received confirmation email kept me informed about dispatch etc,no hidden cost,recieved exactly what was advertised,ordered took a little longer for delivery but I wasn't in a rush,I have to say I was very relieved as I read some of the reviews and it made my heart sink,but all.in all I have nothing to complain about and saved money,very happy customer.

Ordered a CD, they then tell me that there is a problem with despatch.
I asked them several questions, none of which they answered, always an excuse for delay in the post. They told me contact them if I do not receive it by 13 December.
Could have walked to Berlin and back again in that time.
They are useless. Don't touch them with a bargepole or anything else.

I had to pay extra shipping costs which were not clearly stated when I placed my order I was very disappointed

Great delivery and communications for a hard to find item

Bad customer service. I sent back a vinyl lp that has arrived damaged. They said i should send it back with the cheapest option and thes reimburse me the costs, which i did immediately and attached the invoice.
After 4 Weeks i git back the initial price but kot my costs of shipment. After asking what happened i got a harsh response that they pay back the half of my costs as it was not the cheapest. They don‘t even know the system! Now a week after no response to my complaint. I am or depends on the answer of them, was, a regular and very good customer.
