My self designed birthday card was not…
My self designed birthday card was not delivered. The courier claimed that the delivery address was wrong. Dubbel checked: the address was correct. The Greetz assistent confirmed it was the correct address. The courier service Pack simply didn't deliver the card. €10,00 waisted and the birthday girl didn't recieve a card. Never again Greetz.nl for me!

Amazing company but it's a shame they partnered with a terrible company like Packs. Expect frequent issues with your order getting delivered because of it. I'd give them a 5 star rating otherwise.

Highly Recommend!

Shocking experience - buggy platform
Wrote an entire birthday message in this buggy editor then it glitched and didn't save. silly me for trusting it..
Then I just said stuff it ill get the card blank, and the payment portal was broken. Wasted a whole night on this stupid buggy platform.
Update the payment portal finally worked the next morning on 10th attempt. Super strange and still upset about the message being lost. Otherwise promising offering.

Card delivered 3 days after the recipient’s birthday, despite ordering the card 1 week in advance. Pointless.
