Placed order a few weeks ago but still waiting for arrival because yes, they ship from China. All the rubbish about being environmentally friendly on the website - but no mention of how far they travel to get to you. Carbon neutral is a myth folks. Boo. :(

Also, asked a question via the contact us page about subscriptions (before i realised how far they travelled) only to be ignored. The owners here would do themselves a favour and bring manufacturing to the UK and engage with clients. :)

Have used these for a while, including for dog poo clearing at our holiday let that guests use. Unfortunately have had to throw whole rolls away as some whole rolls split down the middle. Most rolls were fine, a few not, but not very helpful when you have a dog poo to pick up and have an inferior roll! Sent an email to ask why this was happening. Had no reply. So unfortunately had to cancel subscription.

We have 4 dogs and look after family and friends dogs so some times can have up to 7 dogs .so as you can imagine that's a lot of poop . If I'm honest I did used to to buy cheap bags from the shop as obviously go through a lot. Seen these on line so ordered free samples to see what they were like they came promptly. Wat made me order them is maide me realised the amount we use obviously the cheaper ones we were using were not good for the environment and these are. I find them to be good quality I've ordered the bigger ones as obviously can fit more poops in .

I’m subscribed to get delivery of these excellent bags every six months. They’re good quality and have never torn when I’ve used them over the last 3 years. The subscription is easy to pause (cancel a delivery) with your next delivery coming as normal. I’ve had no issues at all. I can also say how easily the bags break down as I found one in the bottom of the wheelie bin which was thoroughly disintegrated. Would definitely recommend as a product and service.

Immediate response and correction sent in response to my email and PayPal contact. I would absolutely recommend this team and look forward to using them again.

Don't waste your time, the company will not respond to emails & you will never get your free sample. they give you a tracking No that's not valid.

The bags themselves are good quality but the customer experience is not. We've ordered a few times and moved houses in that period. Deleted the old address on the website and updated with the new but after placing the order they still kept going to the old address which has happened twice. Contacted customer service, no response. Will not be ordering again!!

I ordered a sample poop bag to make a comparison with another company for a compostable poop bag subscription, as it's cheaper that way. However, on opening the bag (XL size), it easily ripped straight down the middle. Pleased it wasn't to pick a poop up! Anyway, it felt thin as well against the other bag.
