Wasa seaton park in Aberdeen with dog and co and we went to the brig of don pub for lunch - we had steak sandwiches and nuggets and chips - staff and grub was good and coco our dog was made most welcolme - love it and we will all be back for sure

The Swan Winwick! Disaster avoid at all costs. Steaks terrible. When asked really moody waiter where dessert was told v curtly only one person in the kitchen. When replied staffing not my problem where were desserts told not to cop attitude and told to leave. Never been in a dining place and been told to leave by waiter. Frontier house lady equally aggressive then bar person shouted at us.

7 of us were in the satire livingston tonight for a birthday meal
The food was excellent severed hot and fresh
The staff were very friendly and welcoming to all us
The price for meals and drinks was good value
Over all i would give the pub and staff 5 stars

Eagle and child halewood.
Absolute nightmare trying to sort the parking out unable to speak to a person. It's a £100 fine if it's not sorted out in time.
So much easier to go to a pub with free parking.

Excellent as always. Great service especially Tracy who looked after us.

At the yatch in Bexleyheath right this minute and I’m struggling to have faith in the food I bought because the way the male waiter chucked our food down on the table was down right awful!! No apology, no cutlery, NOTHING!!!! I don’t want to put this down to racism as we are the only people of colour in the pub. But man o man! This is the worst service I’ve ever had in my entire life! I must commend the young lady who brought our drink to us, as she was polite and exercised what is called customer service. I’ve heard people say this pub is awful but I didn’t want to take their word for it. We just stopped here because they serve gluten free meals but I will NEVER be coming back again. I’ll take my money and spend where my food is delivered to the table like it’s done for human beings who just want to eat and be treated equally! I wrote this review while I’m still in the pub contemplating if it’s safe to eat the meal I paid for.

Food piping hot at the golden hind, Portsmouth. The pub was warm, meals very good and the waitress Bella attentive without being pushy. Would highly recommend this pub if you want a meal that tastes good and served hot.

Went to Sanfordlock Abingdon for Christmas dinner and on Boxing Day. Fantastic pub staff are so happy and helpful landlady Di landlord Stu so friendly and welcoming. Food was fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful day .Lisa and Pat .

We have just ate Xmas dinner in the George pub in Bexley village.
They gave me the wrong starter and the Xmas dinner was okay but not the hottest and the Brussels were not cooked properly and they did not offer any sauces to go with the dinner very poor service.
Did not offer any kind of discount for the mess ups.
I bought an non alcoholic cider and a vodka and lemonade and it come to over £16 what a rip off I questioned it but they said it was correct.

I didn't even go to this pub but they have charged my bank card!!!! And my bank has blocked my card because of the fraudulent activity due to this pub!! Even a man phoned my friends phone asking to speak to me pretending he was from nationwide!!!! Scammers everywhere and this is the main one! Don't use tiktok shop, temu, shein and Facebook competitions! They copy your bank information and pass them on to other accounts!!

Worthing Green King No real ales, other local pubs have them

ON A VISIT TO HEREFORD, XMAS SHOPING. FOUND A GREAT PUB, THE THREE ELMS. FROM THE TIME WE WALKED INTO THE PUB, WE WERE MET BY "LEANDA" WHAT A NICE YOUNG LADY. NOTHING WAS TO MUCH TROUBEL, WHY CANT ALL PUBS BE LIKE THE THREE ELMS HEREFORD, IT WAS A JOY. WE OFTEN CALL INTO HEREFORD TO SHOP, ITS ONLY 45 MINS FROM OUR HOME IN WALES. BUT FROM NOW ON WE WILL USE THE THREE ELMS, GREAT SERVICE AND THE FOOD WAS GOOD. WE ALWAYS USED THE STARTING GATE, BUT NO MORE. THANKS LEANDA...WHAT A NICE YOUNG LADY 10/10.

We went to meadowfarm for our weekly carvery it's always a friendly place and staff are great nat is very helpful and always has a smile on her face and does a amazing job she is in the Christmas spirit dressed up as the Grinch

New Cross House. Nice staff, but food not great and cold. I bit on a piece of grit in food, which hurt my teeth. Turkey used in Christmas Dinner felt like it was reconstituted rather than in its natural state. Pub had run out of milk. Coffee cold.

Been going to Nickelodeon Bentley bridge, a few times for their usually great fish and chips. Today wasn't good had to wait ages to be served when I finally did the food came out literally 10 minutes after which was way too soon. Compared to how long we normally wait, unfortunately the fish was no way as good as it normally is I would say it was just about cooked, no crispy batter not nice at all. You have let yourself down today. I never even saw anyone walking around clearing tables only one man . Very disappointed

6 of us went to the Running Horse Bracknell for lunch. Instantly met by the friendliest most helpful waitress Michelle. She continued to laugh and joke with us despite being really busy and made the whole experience great fun. The food was good too and great value. With Michelle around we stayed for another drink after our meal and left eventually vowing to return. I hope Green King knows the value of employees like Michelle.

Applewood Pub Astley.
Four of us went tonight..mistake as it was the worst pub meal ever and the service was not much better.
Waited about 20 minutes to place the order. One member of staff at the counter to serve about 12 customers. A further 40 minutes for it to arrive rather cold and inedible. Would have complained if we could have found one of the “invisible” staff
We could not get the discount as the App did not work, even to the member of staff taking the order.
Bill was £66.00 so we were unable to access the 20% discount code which would have saved £13.20.
Perhaps unable should read were not allowed to by Green King to prevent the discount being granted
Never again.

Dried up burgers, appalling service and attitude. Agreed to accept Gourmet Society discount card upon arrival and refused at time of leaving. No manager on duty. Was told that my card, which they insisted upon taking an imprint of on arrival, would not be charged until a manager had contacted me. I received no contact and my card was charged full amount, despite me refusing them permission to do so. Went for a relaxing meal, now I’m just livid.

Excellent service at The Junction in Upminster staff work really hard and so friendly particularly Sarah & Tom.

Stopped coming to Queen Eleanor as food was very poor thought I’d give it another go what a mistake food worst than ever Tandoori sizzler absolutely woeful must be the cheapest food will not be going there again RUBBISH.
