System failure
Ordered €1000 approx of wine on the 10th December, order confirmed by Grau and automated email from UPS said shipment would arrive by the 18th. Happy days, GRAU have their systems sorted and it works well. Have used them successfully before.
Or so I thought. Nothing arrived by the 20th so I checked UPS. No pallet had been received by them. Contacted GRAU by email and in fairness they responded quickly. 2 bottles in my order of 60 or 70 were not available so they decided not to ship to me, not to tell me, not do anything. And if I hadn't chased up my order I may have been waiting well into January for the delivery.
Not sure if I'll use them again.
