Warmly recommend this webshop. Grau has an endless collection of top wines and spirits from all over the world in every price range. Professional packaging and trustworthy suppliers that meet their commitments. When my shipment was stolen by the transport company they resent my order without whining. The world would be a better place if every webshop were as reliable as Grau.
It's been great over the years.
If your consignment was to be stopped by UK customs and excise, the punitive rates would mean your best option was to ask them to return it or destroy it. It was impossible for customs to deal with even 1% of the aggregated freight. I never had a single delivery stopped.
But it is all over now as Grau do not supply outside the EU.
Technically there is no reason not to but the necessary paperwork is too complex and costly to comply with. Plus the fact that there is paperwork automatically discloses the need to pay the punitive duty.
Have placed quite a few orders and had one bottle damaged which was refunded straight away. Prices are worth waiting a few days for delivery so overall a good way to buy wines and spirits.

The first 2 were delivered no problem. The third is being being processed.
The web site is very good. A wide range of wines and spirits at very good prices. I order Soberano brandy and Toni pastis and even with shipping works out a less than £10 a litre.It is easy to use.
Emails confirming order may go to your spam folder so watch for it.
I have lived in Spain for over 10 years, and its very encouraging to find such a great company and website with amazing prices and such a speedy and normal service as good as any northern European company and probably better, you can order to any country with complete confidence.

It has a price to damage a file but this program is worth using even it cost a little. Try it first and get 50% of the file repaired before buy.
