Do not play in this Casino, they will rob you every time you win. They have stolen 10s of thousands of dollars from me. I just won over $50,000, and they only paid me $2500. I lost $6000 just a few weeks ago and finally got my money back and they screwed me. They should be banned from the internet.

At first it seems like a really good legit online casino, until you win and you go to withdraw your money then it's a 10 to 20 day back and forth of excuses and not receiving your money and more excuses, apparently it takes their team a week to review to get your winnings, That's just the review. After they review it then it goes to another team to actually get it to you and that takes another week and a half to 2 weeks, then when you get your winnings it's a fraction of what you actually won with a bunch of other excuses and explanations, they have found a quick process to deposit money but they can't find a quick process to withdraw money that sums up this annoying casino.

Well after promising that all I needed to do was deposit and put in the withdrawal request the customer service team kept diaging out bonuses without ever mentioning they would affect my withdrawal also they said if I deposited I can withdraw the deposit straight away its just a formality thing and now refusing to even give me back my deposit which I was told will be returned to me straight away its been 6 days they have been lying to me daily and finally found out today. I would stay as far away from this site as humanly possible. Do not believe a single word told by the operators and keep away. Put your money into actual places that dont rip you off

I played this game, I made a deposit, I met the requirements they set for the bonuses they gave me, I won $850, and they only deposited $500, saying they had a lot of rules they never mentioned. Because when I read the rules, it said I only had to play for a certain amount of time and then I could withdraw the money. When I asked, "Okay, why didn't you return what I supposedly didn't win to my account?" They don't steal it completely, but I recommend against this game entirely; it's a scam.

I had a cash balance of approximately $30 dollars, when i received a time sensitive bonus that activated. Upon completion of the play through requirement and terms and conditions, i requested a withdrawal. It was received, approved and completed but never received any funds. Upon inquiring, was advised that consecutive bonus caused the reversal of withdrawal request. Grandrush did not refund the cash balance that was present prior to the applied bonus coupon, and have failed to correct this error.

The required Deposit to claim a bonus never works right . They won’t accept your debit card after the first deposit tell you to do crypto which vanishes and on top of all that I found it impossible to cash out . Skip this one

Bait and switch, played through the wager limit on bonus. They wouldn’t honor my winnings or help me withdraw any of it. If it’s not straight out fraud, perhaps it’s outdated software . If it wasn't for the 48 hour wait on payouts this would be a 5 star casino. Games are more then fair as I've had some big wins here and they never give any hassle when I've needed customer service. Always a delight to play here and after trying.other casinos out for a couple months I'm convinced grand rush is the spot for me.

Yeah. I haven't won any money yet, so I'm not sure how convenient their payouts are, but, I do like their games and customer support.
