Excuse me? My free bonus came from a bogus loyalty program that I earned from....wait for it, MY OWN MONEY.

Made my first deposit with BTC. $240. Had a clean run up to $900. Requested deposit via BTC. I have waited over 6 days to receive payment. Every attempt at an update on payment has been met with several excuses why payment has not been sent. Excuses include “We have had an influx of withdrawal request so payment is delayed”, “You’re withdrawal is in a flushed status which means you will have a withdrawal will be approved by finance team within 3-5 days”, and my personal favorite after asking why payment hasn’t been sent on the fifth day “So, the 3-5 day wait period refers to when the payment has actually been sent.”
Avoid this site like a plague. I have been scammed and now payment is being sent. Glad it was only $240 of my actual funds.

Furious with this site. I won a few months ago and I was surprised to be paid out very smoothly. As a result, I played more often, and spent more money there. But yesterday I got my balance up to $999 but it said I can’t withdraw. On asking customer service, I was told that since it was tied to a free game promotion that I could only cash out my $999 for $25 and if I won using that $25, I could only cash out a maximum of $100. I am so angry right now. I spent hours building up a $999 balance, fully expecting to withdraw it. Customer service told me everything is in their terms and conditions, but the ongoing balance on my account had no asterisks or indications that I had a phantom worthless balance.
