Overall, I found this shop to be slow, unhelpful and unprofessional. Very unimpressed with the customer service and I do not recommend.

I ordered an item which took 12 days to arrive and was then not as expected. I asked for details of how to return the item for a refund and I received no reply for over 3 weeks. I posted the parcel back, but no refund was given. When I chased a month later, I was told the parcel had never been received. I did receive a partial refund from Royal Mail, as thankfully I'd kept the proof of postage, but I am still left out of pocket and I am annoyed about having to do so much chasing.

Amazing service for replacement item I needed. Great price and was posted the same day.

I have just received some KitchenCraft China Grey Floral Footed Mugs which I am so pleased with. I had three of these mugs already & had looked everywhere to buy some more.
I’m so pleased I came across gr8-kitchenware, the mugs were well packaged & they also sent a lovely tea towel bonus item which at the moment is being put to good use as a tablecloth for my grandchildren’s toy tea parties!

An extremely helpful lady, Iwona found exactly what a needed (t-pot). She went above and beyond the call of duty. These days helpful people are not in abundance - restored my faith in humanity.

Just when you are thinking that there's no such thing as customer service in the UK any longer, along comes GR8 Kitchenware. I bought a Brown Betty tea pot (brilliant btw) for a friend's Christmas present and they rang me to ask if it was a present. They offered to write a gift tag message for me and sent me a video of what they'd written. Just brilliant!

Bought some amazing heavy duty vintage teapots for our tearoom.
Great service! Requested a fast delivery and we got it!
Requested some extra filters for the tea leaves and we got them.
All long we were met by understanding and excellent customer support.

Ordered a Christmas cake decoration set in December for a friend in New Zealand. There wasn`t a snowman in the set as described, however lots of bonus robins along with the other items! The order was delivered promptly and my friend is very satisfied

I ordered 2 different sized cake boards with boxes via amazon and the one came without the board. So I found their own web page and contacted them via email. The response was first class, almost an immediate response apologising for what was a human error and promising immediate dispatch of the missing board. That was a Saturday, Monday morning the missing board was in the post, meaning I could get on with my daughters wedding cake without a delay.
If every British company got on with things like this one and looked after their customers as well then we would have a stronger internal economy and we wouldn't see a need to shop abroad so much.

I placed a small order for some items but was informed that one item was out of stock. I was kept up to date with information and my order took a little longer to arrive but it included a lovely gift which was not anticipated and very kind. This is a family run business not a big corporation and it can't be expected to function as such but you do receive the personal touch. Great customer service from Layton. Definitely recommend.

I have placed an order in May and I am still waiting for my delivery! I have sent several emails but there is no response.
