Thank you nice train guy

My trip Hengelo-Hamburg and Hamburg-Hengelo, no I should say Hamburg-Amsterdam!, went well. Clear communication about where we are stopping, for how long, and which side to leave the train. Thank you so much to the train guy for letting me stay until Amsterdam for free on my way, instead of taking the NS trains from Hengelo to Amsterdam! 5/5

Booked a 5-day Hamburg trip package…

Booked a 5-day Hamburg trip package (train + hotel NH Hamburg Horner Rennbahn) with GoVolta, but the experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Day 1: They told me the hotel was unavailable and offered a replacement far from the city center → I declined.
Day 2: Gave 3 new options, all requiring extra payment or accepting an inferior hotel → I declined again.
Day 3: Asked me to change travel dates → not possible, so I declined.
Day 4: Suddenly claimed my original hotel was “available again”.

This makes absolutely no sense. If the hotel was available, why not confirm it from the beginning? It honestly feels like I was being pushed to pay extra for something I had already booked.

According to their own policy, after declining 3 options, I should be eligible for a full refund. Instead, they kept changing the situation and delaying.

Very unprofessional and not transparent. Be careful when booking.
