Poor installation, lots of damage at my house, unprofessional installers, premium price paid
I recently had the pleasure of working with Govolt for the installation of solar panels at my property. From the very beginning, the process was seamless and transparent. Govolt offered various financing options, including a 100% loan from SVN, which I utilized for arranging the finances. They also provide their own financing solutions, offering flexibility for different financial needs.
Throughout this journey, my sales contact, Mr. Lorenzo Giljam, was exceptionally helpful. He provided invaluable assistance at every step, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. His expertise and dedication deserve special recognition and heartfelt thanks.
Remarkably, the installation was scheduled just two weeks after the initial payment, which was incredibly efficient. From the time I first considered solar panels to the moment they were fully operational was barely a month - an impressively quick turnaround.
The installation team displayed outstanding professionalism and skill. They completed the mounting and installation of the solar panels in a mere three hours, showcasing their expertise and efficiency. There was no delay or hesitation in their work, reflecting their high level of competence and commitment to excellence.
In summary, my experience with Govolt has been thoroughly positive. Not only am I pleased with the solar panels themselves, but also with the continual support and clear communication provided by the Govolt team. I highly recommend their services for anyone considering solar energy solutions.
Everything went wrong from the beginning. Not only the installation of my panel took a more than a year, they only worked for 6 months before thet stopped working at all due to a faulty inverter. Additionally, their customer service reacted badly when I stated my frustration and impatience wth thet customer service. I would not recommned this company, not even to my worse enemies.
I had explicitly asked about my roof eligibility and after their confirmation paid them advance. they come back and say the roof is ineligible and they dont return my money back!! I tried to get it arranged on my neighbours roof using the same money but demand and try to squeeze more money which was rejected ( almost double.
tried calling them in the last 6 months more than 50 times and every time a new person attends and puts on hold or say they will call back!
Looks like a fraud company where the money is not returned if they cannot deliver their promise. I had filed for a legal case!! I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Terrible company. I contacted the company regarding solar panels, I was sent an offer for 8 panels, I called that from the dimensions of the panel I suspect that we can have about 12 because 8 is not enough for our farm, I was told that I can always change the offer to more after carefully measuring them specialist. I accepted the offer, and in response I got an e-mail with the advance payment. I wrote back that I would ask someone to come first and measure the roof, that I would not pay an advance if I was not sure that we could have more than 8 panels. I sent 2 more e-mails that I was waiting for an answer. After 5 days of silence, I found the opinions of the company and we decided to resign, justifying the unfavorable comments of customers and the silence on their part. Suddenly, they found time to reply that I cannot cancel the offer, etc. I wrote back that of course I could because it was not 2 weeks after signing it. The company started writing out that it was their contract policy, that they were waiting for an advance payment, that they would not cancel the offer, etc. I even copied them with their own regulations, where it clearly writes that the client has the right to withdraw from cooperation within 2 weeks without giving a reason. I asked them to stop harassing me by e-mail and by phone because it is starting to get bothersome. Unfortunately, it did not help, and in response I read that if I do not make an advance payment, they will return the case to recovery! It already overflowed my nerves, of course, I wrote back to them that they had no right, etc. I contacted a lawyer and knew that I was right in my arguments. The entire exchange of e-mails took 3 weeks. Finally, the company gave up and gave me a break. The first time I saw something like this, they came across a conscious person. My rights as a consumer and I did not let myself be intimidated, but how many people after such e-mails would pay this advance and wait for a miracle. For me, this is openly phishing and relying on the ignorance of customers. After this experience, before I start cooperation with any company, I first read the opinions, this company is scammers for me, or please train the staff in relations with the client
