Impressive customer service
While I rarely post reviews, I need to thank Gordon's Chemists for great customer service. When I had a faulty product purchased from Gordon's and the manufacturer could not send a replacement (after requesting I send it back to them, but no longer in stock), Gordon's sent me a replacement straight away when I provided the evidence of the fault via email.

I found Gordons Direct via Google. I purchased some aftershave. The price was the best I could find and delivery was quick and well packed. Would defiantly use Gordons again and would not hesitate to recommend to any one.

If you read the reply from Gordon's to my review of 24th September, they state that I was in contact with their customer services dept,and actually spoke with them.
This is incorrect. It never happened.
I'm surprised and disappointed that Gordon's would actually do this.
Will be interesting to see how they explain this nonsense.
