3 bike rack
Checked a bike rack online. Visted the store, Nathan gave 110%. He came from the fishing department to the cycle area as there were no staff in that area. He was very knowledgeable. He checked the bike rack would fit my car online.
We had a good chat about the purchase. Very friendly and helpful.I would definetly recomend Go outdoors.

Helpful staff and a great range.
Needed some new trail running shoes and wouldn’t normally consider Go Outdoors but thought I’d give them a go instead of heading into Newcastle to a socialist shop. Surprised to find they have a great range that is well priced. Neil was super helpful and friendly and we walked away with 2 pairs, 1 for me and 1 for my wife. It will be my first port of call for future needs.

After visiting Go Outdoors at Pallion Sunderland . I’d just like to mention how helpful and friendly the staff were who I dealt with .
