Gloucester changing rooms unavailable…
Gloucester changing rooms unavailable due to flood so could not try trousers on. Realised needed next size up when I got home so ordered on line. Went back to Gloucester to return the pair I bought in shop only to be told all tills down so no refund. Had to make another 50 mile round trip the following week.
Online trousers perfect and delivered on time

A few of the prices in the Equestrian department were incorrect, I spoke to Chad who was super helpful and sorted everything out for me, honouring the prices on display without making me feel like an inconvenience! Terrible customer service, failure of click & collect process
Disgraceful inability to action a simple refund request, which was placed when they took 12 working days to deliver items to my local store (despite stating 3-5 working days); at time of writing, it's been over 5 weeks since I paid ~£150 for goods, which I have not collected, and I still have not had a refund.
Customer service emails have been written by AI and have often not been relevant to the request or complaint.

We did recently identify an issue where some customers have not received our emails to advise that their orders were awaiting collection. Your items were delivered to the store within the expected timeframe of 3-5 days and we apologise that you were not made aware of this. The issue has now been resolved but we appreciate that this does not lessen the inconvenience caused to you.
A full refund has now been issued for the order and this will be visible in your account within five working days. We have also contacted you via the email address on the order to confirm this and provide further information.
We hope that you will give us the opportunity to improve upon your experience in the future.

Friendly Staff
The shop was full stocked, with a large variety of products. The staff throughout the store were friendly and helpful.
We were served by Kia who, despite serving a rather rude person in front of us, kept her professionalism and was incredibly polite and friendly.
