Popped into the Gloucester Go outdoors to get a new waterproof jacket. Good range on display and we were assisted by Macey who was amazing. She asked what I was looking for in a jacket and then offered a number of options to try. Excellent customer service and I got exactly what I was looking for. Shout out to George on the till who was chatty and helpful. Overall great customer service. Thank you and well done to all.

We popped into the Gloucester branch to check out the cold weather clothing for our trip to Norway. Macey was super helpful and talked us through all the different layers of clothing we would need, showered us the options in store, even checking online when sizes were not available. We now feel we can make the right choice on what we need to keep us warm while on holiday.

Very poor service at checkout
Very poor service at checkout. No please or thank you i had to fold my top myself watched by the asisstant, no bag offered and with no interaction what so ever. Having managed in clothing retail if this is how we deal customers today, appalling. I will not be coming back.

Replacement boots
Hi, I would just like to big up Cole and Chad, they where both professionals in assisting me in my replacement walking boots and advising me on a replacement pair, as my other pair decided to un- glue themselves and give me wet feet whilst in Scotland.
