Brilliant customer service! Emaad and Oliver were both extremely helpful and polite. The store has a superb selection of outdoor clothing and footwear across a wide range of styles and prices. I will definitely be back and would recommend becoming a member to maximise available savings.

Personable & professional
Found what I was looking for straightaway. Friendly & helpful staff in footwear section. Luke on tills was personable & professional, particularly when a rude customer waiting to be served after me started swearing, huffing & puffing, & knocked stuff off shelf as he barged past. Handled v well. Well done.

Excellent Customer Service
My wife is looking for a new pair of walking trainers. She broke her foot in 2025 which has resulted in certain shoes causing sensitivity.
We were lucky enough to have Andy helping us, his product knowledge was excellent, he took time to understand the conditions impacting my wife and the pros and cons of the different brands and the individual walking trainers within each brand. Really impressive customer service.

Instore experience was fine
Instore experience was fine. Unfortunately they left the security tag on an item which necessitates a 45 mile 1 1/2 hour round trip to the nearest branch to have it removed.
