GO Outdoors - Cheltenham (Express) Reviews

Shopped at the Cheltenham store in the 22nd November.
Served by Luke who could not have been more pleasant or helpful. It is a pleasure to write this review.
I often visit the shop and my experience of all the staff is very positive. Congratulations.

Very helpful staff, Luke was great 👍

Instore experience was fine. Unfortunately they left the security tag on an item which necessitates a 45 mile 1 1/2 hour round trip to the nearest branch to have it removed.

Very helpful staff today at Cheltenham Store. In particular young man on boots ( previous experience with different staff not so good) He was patient, helpful and knowledgeable. And again in the till I was served by Like who had to do exchange. Very helpful indeed.

Ash was very polite and assisted me in my purchase. The store is lovely and clean, tidy and organised unlike my local store I usually go to.

Luke and Ash were very helpful, when purchasing my dry robe- freespirit. I did not have my membership card with me but they found my details after entering my postcode My membership had expired but they were able to process a further year for me. The both of the were very professional and pleasant. A credit to the GoOutdoors team

Popped into the Cheltenham branch for the first time. Literally everything you need for the outdoors. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I was able to join the members club in minutes at the till and made a good saving too! Highly recommend and good to see them on the high street.

Knowledgeable staff which was very useful while shopping for Childs coat and gloves.

Recently bought some burghaus walking boots. Lian took the time to really go through my options of what would best fit my feet and needs. I've finally been able to take them out for a test walk and the assistant he's given me with best socks and best lacing techniques meant they are like having clouds on my feet. Can't recommend his customer service enough.

First time I have used the store, very impressed with staff and products. Will definitely recommend to friends and family

Great customer service from Luke. The shop had exactly what I wanted and when I was ready to pay, Luke gave the best customer service I've received in a shop in a long time! Such a lovely, funny person, I'd forgotten what it's like to laugh with a stranger over silly things! Thanks for your determination to find our membership account even though we couldn't remember our postcode!!! You cheered up our day, Luke ☺️

Great choice and plenty of sizes. Although you are not the cheapest even with discount store membership card. Blacks are cheaper but as there isn’t a store in Cheltenham I shopped at your store.

Ben and Luke were both super helpful with finding the item in the right size for me. Friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile for excellent customer service.

Extremely helpful staff member Neil, who explained pros and cons of different walking boots and later walking jackets so I could make an informed decision on what was best for me.

Staff member Luke was cheerful, friendly, courteous and most of all, helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate my requests and made me feel like a much appreciated customer. Just excellent customer service start to finish and an absolute credit to the company not just the Cheltenham store.

I visited the store earlier today looking for walking shoes.
Andy was particularly helpful highlighting the pros and cons of the varying shoes available.
