Massive increase in policy price…
Massive increase in policy price despite no different medical conditions. Told it was because I was a year older. That cannot justify a nearly £300 increase .Spoke twice to operatives who said they would get back to me but didn’t. Asked if there was any possibility of a discount. Told they would apply 10% even though I get an email every month referring to a 20% discount. I had to point this out to get it leaving me very disappointed pointed that the 3 operatives I spoke to were not trying to get me the best price. This was not my experience last year when I spoke to a very helpful person. Assume they get commission so want to charge as much as possible.

I found your site efficient, and able to deal with the extensive medical conditions I unfortunately find I now have, it returned a suitable quote without delay, considering I was travelling the next day, was amazing to see, and not need a fortnights assessment by medical experts.
Fast efficient snd a reasonable cost for a yearly multi trip policy, which also included level 2 higher risk activities.
Great stuff and well done for supplying such a fantastic service.

The individual I spoke to on the phone provided clear and understandable information. He was professional throughout the call and I had my holiday insurance sorted within 15 minutes. The quotes and policy were also emailed to me immediately.
