Really.. I can ONLY give 5 stars… they deserve at least 10. The product is out of this world.. but there service.. is out if this universe. Example: I placed an order, but forgot a few items, wrote costumer service, wich but the way wa suuuper simpel, scroll down, find the suitable subject, type the issue/question, and boom… 10min later - even at night time. But I wrote about the items I forgot, 10min later they replied, with an email, new order with push-play check out, and boom.. it was added to my order…. Really.. out of this galaxy 😜🤙 I can surely but truely recommend Gong-galaxy 👍😉

Excellent customer service!
I received my new Gong Fluid foil, but the supplied mast screws were unfortunately too short for my setup. I contacted customer support, and they responded very quickly. After confirming my address details, they immediately arranged to send the correct screws.
Gong handled the issue professionally, quickly, and without any hassle.

They forgot twice to add invoice so the shipment took 2 weeks...

Still happy but not if you are planning a trip to Indonesia and you must wait 14 days from France to Spain ..

In any case I already order a new board so I still believe in Gong

Gong’s customer support is top tier. Usually get back to me same day if not, the next in the morning. They changed their shipping policy so i didn’t get charged crazy fees at the boarder for shipping. Highly recommend!

Shipping prices to Greece around summer are going up without a reason.

I placed an order knowing that it was the busiest time of year for Gong. I emailed to check the progress of the order and got an immediate reply, on a Sunday!

I have always found Gong customer service to be excellent.

Five stars isn't enough for the incredible support I received from Louise. Shipping gear internationally can sometimes hit a snag, and when U.S. Customs threw a curveball with the invoice documentation, Louise stepped in immediately. She was proactive, responsive, and incredibly flexible, even jumping through hoops to make sure the paperwork was exactly what they needed to clear the packages. Thanks to her quick action and great communication, my orders arrived safely. Louise is the absolute greatest and GONG's customer service is top-notch. Can’t wait to get out for a session! 🤙

I had another great pleasant experience purchasing from GONG. I used their user friendly website to choose the products I needed to have. The customer service was very helpful and kind to answer my questions. The delivery was fast and straight forward. The products are very good quality. The cost of the products is much lower than any other good quality brand. Why should I buy from anywhere else?

I ordered a longboard leash from the Netherlands. Unfortunately, the delivery with GLS didn’t go smoothly. First, the package got stuck at their distribution center and was eventually sent back. Gong Galaxy shipped it again, but GLS messed it up a second time.

At that point, Gong decided to send it via a different courier with express delivery, and today it finally arrived.

The Gong team was always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend ordering from them. Even if something goes wrong with your shipment, there’s no need to worry—they’ll make sure everything gets sorted out!
