Their response time to my order was one day. The prices offered were consistent with the market value of the goods sold. The method of shipment was very discrete and secure. Excellent packaging and delivery of nice products

I did some research and decide to give Gold and Silver Online a shot at my business. I did the electronic wire transfer and after a couple of days I got confirmation it went through and the package was sent out to me. I wish it was sent via fedex or UPS versus USPS as they only try to drop off once and then I have to go in town to fetch the package in town at the post office.

Planning another purchase next month.

I am new to bullion investing and this was a test purchase (one of 3) to establish which company provided the best service. G & S was one of three. Each was a pittance purchase and my thinking was that if I got good service on what I considered a nuisance I would do well with a more substantial investment. My credit card purchase was on March 4th and I received the silver on the 8th. G & S was the most expensive of the 3 orders but this was mainly due to most of the order being from government minting vs. privately minted rounds. G & S did have shipping charges while one company was free even with the small purchase. G & O also charged $4.95 for what I thought was a requirement for my signature upon delivery. The order was left in my mailbox so I have no idea what that charge was for. Over all I was pleased with the service and I will use the company again when they advertised special offerings.

It was an easy transaction. All you had to do was go online, contact them and tell them what you wanted. Then, very quickly, they sent the desired product. Can't ask for more!

I ordered some Silver coins, silver bar, and a few gold coins. For me, it was a bit difficult setting up the ACH transaction, but once it was done everything from that point proceeded as I expected. I called the service hotline and got prompt one on one assistance getting set up and they were able to answer all my questions that I had. From that point the transaction proceeded as expected and all my goods arrived in a nice and carefully packed box in about one week. You can expect excellent customer service from GAS online and that makes a very positive impact especially since I am a "rookie" with ordering anything online much less precious medals/commodities for investments. I will be looking forward to ordering from them again.
