Great service

These guys are great communicators/ I thought they have a computer system to track who they call but they have nothing of such nature. They are working manually and have no data about their customer. I have been telling them to stop me calling. The caller always says he put it in the system and I will not receive any more calls. But after few weeks, they start calling again. I even used abusive language but they have no system to tell the next new employee about my conversation. I have no clues what they do. I wish, they will stop calling. Now, I found a way to put them hold until they hangeup. They try calling right after hangup, but I put them back again on hold. Thisrd time they wont call. All new employee do not have any information about my behaviour and they keep on calling. Very sad, yet they claim as a software company. I wish them good luck anyways.

So far so good! They've been responsive and are building my website as desired. I look forward to seeing the final results.

GOIGI is the great pretender of the web development world. They talk a big game but fail to deliver when it counts. My experience with them was a lesson in frustration, with missed deadlines and subpar work at every turn. Save yourself the headache and find a company that actually knows what they're doing.

I have been their customer in the past. Then tried a other companies as well. I been somewhat satisfied with their work in the past.
They would keep editing or modifying your work until you satisfied. I will also modifying this review when they finish my project.

Horrific!!! They literally won’t stop calling me! I’ve been asking them for not weeks… not months…. but YEARS to stop calling me. YEARS of nonstop phone calls, always from different phone numbers so I can’t even block them. I have asked repeatedly to be placed on their do not call list. This is illegal.

You are a complete scam, thief and liar. How dare you pretend to "respond" as if you are a legitimate company! Shame on you and your harassing thieves. Please find a better way to live. The amount of 10-20 calls per day that you decided to harass us with in retaliation to fighting back to your scam not removing us caused ATT to take direct action and I will not forget or stop updating your disgusting existence on all platforms. May your bribes run out and jail become your homes!

Goigi produces a great product, but the customer service and frequency of communication can be improved during the collaborative phase of the website development.

My experience with GOIGI has been fantastic! These are scammers. They call constantly, even though I've asked them repeatedly not to call. If I want a website design, I'll call you. Don't call me.
