To the Reviewer and Trustpilot Content Integrity Team,

The reviewer expressly states, “Worked here for 2 years,” and the entire review concerns alleged employment, salary, workplace culture, and provident fund matters—is not a genuine buying or service experience with GOIGI.

The reviewer has not disclosed or verified their identity and has provided no employee name, employee ID, designation, employment dates, salary period, project reference, or documentary evidence supporting these exceptionally serious accusations. This raises substantial concerns that the review may be fraudulent and intended to damage GOIGI’s business reputation and workplace culture.

Trustpilot’s published eligibility rules clearly state that employment-related experiences and employment practices cannot be reviewed on its consumer review platform. A former employee may only submit a review concerning a separate, genuine buying or service experience that occurred when they were not employed by the business. GOIGI therefore formally requests that Trustpilot investigate and remove this review as employment-related, conflicted, and ineligible content.

GOIGI categorically disputes the sweeping allegations concerning fraud, deliberate project non-delivery, salary withholding, bullying, and statutory deductions. Accusations involving fraud or legal violations are serious factual claims are purely fake and anonymous and unsubstantiated statements.

If the reviewer genuinely worked for GOIGI, they are requested to contact us confidentially at info@goigi.com from the email address registered in their employment records and provide:

• Full name, employee ID, and designation
• Joining date and last working date
• Department and reporting manager
• Copies or reference numbers of complaints submitted to HR.

Upon receiving verifiable information, GOIGI will examine the relevant employment, payroll, statutory, and records.

We respectfully request that the Trustpilot Content Integrity Team:

Verify the reviewer’s identity and alleged employment relationship with GOIGI.
Apply Trustpilot’s prohibition against employment-related reviews.
Require credible evidence supporting the allegations of fraud and statutory violations.
Assess the use of terms such as “fraud” and “scam” as potentially defamatory and harmful content if they cannot be substantiated.

GOIGI respects every individual’s right to raise a legitimate workplace grievance through the appropriate HR and statutory channels. However, unsupported allegations published anonymously on a consumer review platform are not a substitute for evidence or a proper employment grievance process.

GOIGI has operated professionally since 2012 and remains committed to lawful employment practices, responsible project management, and ethical business conduct. We reserve all applicable rights concerning any publication ultimately established to be false, defamatory, malicious, or damaging.

GOIGI takes complaints concerning unwanted telephone calls and do-not-contact requests extremely seriously. We regret the concern described in your review.

GOIGI does not authorise any employee or representative to ignore a confirmed opt-out request, deliberately change telephone numbers to bypass call blocking, or falsely claim that someone requested a call. Such conduct would be contrary to our internal policies.

However, the review does not provide sufficient information for us to identify the telephone number concerned, the calls received, the alleged email request, or whether the calls genuinely originated from GOIGI. A displayed caller ID alone may not always establish the actual source of a call.

Please email info@goigi.com with the subject line “Urgent Do-Not-Call Verification” and confidentially provide:

• The telephone number receiving the calls
• Dates and approximate times of the calls
• The telephone numbers displayed on your caller ID
• Screenshots of your call history or relevant messages
• A copy of the email that allegedly requested a call
• The name of any person who identified themselves as representing GOIGI
• The date and method through which you previously requested removal

Please do not publish your telephone number or other personal information publicly.

Upon receiving these details, our management team will prioritise the matter, examine the relevant email, telephone and internal enquiry records, place the number on our internal do-not-contact list, and determine whether the calls originated from GOIGI, an unauthorised third party, or possible caller-ID impersonation.

GOIGI’s policy is to respect verified do-not-contact requests and comply with applicable privacy and marketing requirements. This response should not be interpreted as an admission that the calls originated from GOIGI; the purpose is to obtain the evidence necessary for a fair and proper investigation.

To the Anonymous Reviewer and Trustpilot Content Integrity Team,

GOIGI takes allegations of persistent unwanted calls and harassment extremely seriously. We regret the frustration described; however, because this review was posted anonymously and contains no identifiable information, we are currently unable to locate or verify the alleged meeting, enquiry, telephone number, opt-out requests, or subsequent calls.

GOIGI does not authorise its employees or representatives to harass prospective clients or deliberately disregard a confirmed request to stop communication. Our policy is to respect verified do-not-contact requests and remove the relevant telephone number from future calling activity.

To allow us to investigate and permanently suppress the correct number, we request that the reviewer email info@goigi.com with the subject line “Confidential Do-Not-Call Request” and provide:

• Full name and business name
• Telephone number receiving the calls
• Email address used for the original enquiry
• Approximate date of the meeting
• Numbers from which the calls were allegedly received
• Dates and times of the most recent calls
• Screenshots of the call history, where available
• Dates or evidence of previous requests to stop calling

Please do not publish your telephone number or other personal information publicly. The information provided will be used only to identify the relevant records, investigate the complaint, and implement the requested communication restriction. GOIGI will not telephone the reviewer in response to this email.

Upon receiving the information, our GOIGI Admin team will examine the relevant enquiry, CRM, email, and available calling records; place the verified number on our internal do-not-contact list; and determine whether the calls originated from GOIGI, an unauthorised third party, or possible caller-ID impersonation. Appropriate corrective action will be taken if any authorised representative is found to have breached our communication policies.

We also request that Trustpilot ask the reviewer to verify their identity and provide supporting call records, as the anonymous information currently published does not allow GOIGI to investigate or substantiate the allegation.

Until verifiable details are provided, the claims of “relentless” calling and “harassment” remain unverified.
