Beautiful dress for my birthday, it looked and felt beautiful, perfect fit and very comfortable Thankyou

I paid for premium delivery expecting my Goddiva dress to arrive early, but it still showed up late. To make things worse, the package arrived with a broken seal — the same seal that says the item cannot be returned if removed. That immediately raised concerns.
The dress itself didn’t look very new, and once I tried it on, the problems were even more obvious. The bust lining wasn’t stitched to the outer layer, making it sit awkwardly and feel unstable. The zipper was stiff and difficult to pull, which made the whole dress seem either old, damaged, or previously used.
For the price I paid, especially with added delivery costs, this was extremely disappointing. I expected far better quality and service from Goddiva.

I made an order via Boohoo. It was a dress that arrived in an appalling state, there were stitches that had come undone and a hole in the net part of the design. So you can imagine my disappointment, especially after paying £118?!

I reached out to the customer service team and initially had someone responding. Once I confirmed I would like a refund, as it’s practically impossible to fix a dress with a hole in it, they have now stopped responding. This dress was bought for an event coming up this weekend and now I’m out of pocket too?!

My first time dealing with this company and so far, not a good experience. I need this issue sorted ASAP!!!

The returns process can be a bit tricky when ordering through the likes of ASOS but as soon as you contact Goddiva themselves they are extremely helpful and efficient
They have a simple WhatsApp chat button that’s easy to communicate through

Very good customer service and beautiful dresses

I want to tell everyone about the amazing dresses from Goddiva! The designs are exquisite and with so many to choose from that it’s difficult to choose your favourite. The quality of the workmanship, material and detail is first class and certainly compares well with those double and treble the price in bridal shops and boutiques. The sizes are generous too and I didn’t need to go up a size. The returns procedure is easy too and a representative on WhatsApp responded quickly to my query and was exceptionally helpful, forwarding me a returns label through WhatsApp when I incurred technical difficulties. 10/10 from me and I am so grateful to Goddiva which I ordered through Debenhams because I am so looking forward to wearing my beautiful dress to my sons wedding in a few weeks, reassured I will feel special.

This is my first time ordering direct from Goddiva but I wear there dresses and have done for years . My parcel went missing and I cannot fault the service I received. I contacted them yesterday and they got a dress out to me ( coming today ) excellent service , the customer service staff are the best I’ve experienced. I needed the dress for my holiday tomorrow . As for there dresses I would highly recommend to anyone that want to look and feel a million dollars ( no matter what your shape or size ) .

Wow I just love Goddiva dresses. I'm a curvy size 20, big bust 38j and just so happy my boobs fit in perfectly while the rest of the dress is a great fit too. I ordered 6 dresses to try different styles. I sent 3 back and had no issues with refund. I will be buying more. I am honestly so pleased with finding Goddiva. I had a say yes to the dress kind of moment. I wfh and could easily see myself wearing one to give myself a sense of glam because why not ☺️. Also found out they do free alterations if I ever need them.

The dress arrived on time and was perfect. It was identical to the picture online and the quality of the fabric was fab. I received lots of lovely comments about my dress so will definitely be buying from Goddiva again.

Lovely quality long evening dress, was impressed with the delivery time, One of the long diamanté beads came off the dress, I emailed Godiva and they put that right, by replacing the dress for me there customer service was very good, I would definitely order from this company again very pleased with my purchase.

I ordered a couple of dresses for my sons wedding in December. Prompt and efficient service from start to end. Really pleased with the quality of the dress, the cost.
