My cats have always used Goddard Vets, either in Northolt or my nearer branch in Harrow Weald. I much prefer Northolt due to the reliability in getting consistent assessments by core vets. Harrow Weald seemed to always have locums (although I don’t know the current set up there). Vet Alexandra sees my cat Millie in Northolt very frequently (Millie has had a difficult past few years with her thyroid and arthritis) and Vet Ellie mainly sees my other elderly cat Lucy, this means my cats are familiar with them (and vice versa) and the other advantage is that the practice is quite large and well equipped so I rarely need to go elsewhere for more specialist treatments.
I am very happy with the care and attention given to my cats by the vets and the nurses - and the receptionists are also very helpful and kind. The staff who deal with insurance claims are very responsive to queries and are efficient in processing claims.
The follow up communication is always excellent, I get phoned by Alexandra to get updated on Millie’s test/ blood results.
My most recent visit was yesterday with both my cats, the nurse expertly took blood and administered Millie her arthritis injection and Alexandra (vet) assessed both Millie and Lucy and has arranged further tests and appointments for Lucy.
Once cats get to a certain age vet visits are a lot more common but I am very happy with my experience at this practice and can recommend it as a cat friendly practice with very kind, professional and knowledgeable, skilled staff.
Fab service as always , I took my pug for check up. Fully recommend the branch in Ewell. The vet was very friendly 10/10. Jay
Always excellent service at Goddard vets Raynes Park. All staff are professional, caring and knowledgeable and go above and beyond everytime. We will only take our pets here and I highly recommend the Raynes Park branch to everyone.
I have been waiting for a week now to receive worming for my cat. I have asked to cancel my monthly payment as if I dont receive the product then why should I pay? I was told that I have to pay extra to cancel it despite that I am not receiving the services I have paid for. I went in person to the Medivet Hendon to pick up the worming but they would not give it to me because the vet did not prepare them. The service is very bad, the girl at the desk doesnt really care giving the impression that she just wants to get rid of you. I am begging them for a week now to prepare the worming without success. They are a complete nightmare. I was told to email the manager, I did, no answer.

If there’s any proof in how they treat our babies and us… my little feline boy was hiding and afraid, and I have anxiety. Now my little boy is the most relaxed creature on this planet. I call his vet Judy-Ann his girlfriend, because he starts purring the moment he sees her. I too get treated with kindness from the entire staff and no smile is too much. Our little babies don’t know what’s going on, and the way my little boy behaves says everything about the love he gets. My little boy’s comfort, health and safety, comes first and from my experience in the last 6 years, the entire staff definitely excel in this. But he adores Judy-Ann (so does his daddy). I would give more stars if I could.

Thank you to all the team at Goddards vets in Loughton. They have loved and cared for our pets for many years. Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to our beloved cat, Balou this week. The vet and receptionist at Goddards helped us to get through the process as painless as possible. Thank you.

We were seen promptly and given clear treatment options for our elderly cat. She was given immediate pain relief and has had respite until her next appt.

My cat lucky has had. A lump
In her mouth for couple of months . I don't want to put her through ct scan biopsy and then chemo . She is 13 years old . She was down at the weekend . I took her there to the hospital on26/5/26 at 2pm appointment . The vet was amazing . She gave all the medications my cat needs and my cat looks so much better . I know this is a short term solution but at least she is not I pain . A very happy customer .

I've always seen the same vet which helps, they know your pet and it's history. They picked up the issues with my dog, x-rayed her and sent the results to Mandeville.

I have three cats and have always had animals so I’ve spent a lot of time at the vets. Dani is probably the best vet I’ve ever met. He’s friendly, clear and super knowledgeable.
Adam is a brilliant eye specialist and I’d highly recommend

Emma at Chingford is absolutely wonderful. She has looked after our high maintenance Frenchie from day one and we travel to her as we live that we always see her. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

Alex is an amazing vet who cares about your animal and is very gentle with them. We’ve been through 5 months of hell and had no confidence in my previous vet he has done absolutely everything he can to get my dog better in which he’s almost there thanks to Alex and the team my dog no longer dreads going to the vet he actually enjoys it he know reception will make a fuss of him and he feels safe I can not praise Alex and the team enough I highly recommend them the communication is unbelievable and you never leave there not knowing what’s going on or will happen and Alex always makes sure cooper is seen asap.
I will never take my dogs anywhere else I know they will be safe under there care and I can’t thank them enough especially Alex I know cooper will be safe in your hands.
Many thanks
Cooper Claire and our amazing friend Julie xx

Friendly reception staff. Excellent vet who diagnosed my cat’s problem though it was tricky and talked me through all the medication and what to look out for.

Lovely, kind and professional staff.
However, costs for veterinary care are far too high - making pet ownership an extremely expensive outgoing.
It’s so sad that these services have been monopolised by opportunists companies.

Unfortunately for us, our poor little dog has had to have a lot of visits recently, however, fortunately for us, the team at Collier Row Goddards have been absolutely amazing each and every time. We consider ourselves very lucky to have found such a compassionate, knowledgeable and supportive group of people. Gordon is most definitely the best vet we have ever known and his team of fantastic nurses are out of this world. We almost always are able to get an appointment within good time and we are never kept waiting. Never once have we ever felt that it was all about money. At Collier Row all they care about is the wellbeing of your pet. They have been brilliant and we are forever grateful and fortunate. We would highly recommend this practice, they are ALL amazing ❤️
