Avoid scam. I was charged 100£ for alleged dirty car seat. 50£ for front seat and 50£ for rear seat. Sent me a photo with only few biscuits crumbs. No stains no damage to fabric nothing. I was told to keep 150£ on hold to ensure full fuel which I ensured before returning it. I was not told to send the car for car wash before returning it. I was charged 50£ per seat for nothing.

Really happy with the service from Gobycar at Malaga airport, they were the best value, had friendly staff and I was impressed by the quality of the vehicle they supplied. Only slight negative was the car hadn’t been properly cleaned inside so a few items had been left by the previous owners but this really wasn’t a major issue. Overall a much better experience than I’ve had with some of their rivals.

Fair pricing, decent cars, regular shuttle service to the airport

Hyundai Tucson Or similar is shown a reference. we were 5 persons with luggage, so the trunk was very important and
Hyundai Tucson has a very large space. I have send an email to the location asking if possible to reserve us an
Hyundai Tucson and they would note it in the dossier but could not confirm (normal). When collecting the car we noticed that the majority of the larger and SUV's were all of a Chinese brand - OMODA 5 with a luggage capacity of only 370 to 372 litres compared to the Hyundai Tucson which has a luggage capacity ranging from approximately 546 to 620 liters - EXACTLY what we were looking for and did not get. Result; Gobycar proposed an upgrade against supplement, which we were obliged to take because of the luggage. I think it is unfair of the rental companies to have as reference car a 'best in its class EU car' when you get and unknown brand which is smaller and less confortable. I do have to say the returning of the car was smooth as we took the full protection, so no miticulous inspection.

Staff in Can Picafort was very nice and helpful. The car was clean and the process to receive and return was smooth. I went with the full insurance, and left 200 EUR deposit (for fuel only) that I received again after returning the car with a full tank. It was a very nice experience with no surprises.

Fast service, good cars

We hired a VW Taigo and we loved it. The staff were very welcoming and super friendly, advising where to fill up and helping us understand where we could/couldn't park. Return of the car was easy enough too. Easy access from the main road which is ideal. Many thanks. We will definitely use this company again.

The center is not in the airport but the transfer from airport is very efficient. Great people, offering all required details. Flexibility. We received a new car, very well working and perfect for our needs. Fast return, no issues as the car was in perfect condition. Thank you!!

It was the 4th time this year we chose for Goby. Staff is friendly and cars are good/new.

All went well. No queue at pickup in in Bilbao.
No yellow jacket in the car (legal requirement) but they found one for us. Easy return BUT we had taken the premium policy to avoid the issues reported by others.

Loved the fast service checking in and returning the car.

Excellent service very experience collecting and dropping off. Also had benefit of upgrade at a very good price.
