GCLOOT ANSWER PLEASE
I completed tasks for points, and after completing the task for 300 points, I went to the main page to see my balance now (it should have been 2500 points) but when I went over, I automatically logged out of my account (Andrii Zadorozhny). When I tried to log in, I was blocked! FOR WHAT? I have no idea why I received this. Perhaps because I threw some tasks on CPX, but these were the tasks that are performed on spectrum and edgeapi, because these sites DO NOT WORK on my phone, and have INFINITE loading. I hope for an answer and a solution to my problem by unblocking my account.

Missions are generally not the main way to earn coins on the platform; based on what you are saying it seems like you are referring to the weekly reward ladder. The higher coin rewards come from participating in our Competitions know as Brawls.
If there is anything else we can do to turn your experience with G-Loot into a 5-star one do not hesitate to let us know.

In the last month (December 2022) the app has worked better than before, it only gave me an error 2 times and both were solved by uninstalling and reinstalling.
It rarely crashes, but it notifies me and when I relaunch it, it goes back to normal.

Its really great but the brawls are too difficult
Its really great and it works well. If you have problems the team helps you. I also bought premium. But for me its still too difficult to get coins in the brawls.

I love it... BUT
I like g-loot a lot... I have earned a few steam vouchers playing on it!
BUT now they keep temporarily suspending me because I keep scoring high, They say my score is too high with little effort and I don't know what to do about that, Get lower scores on purpose maybe???
They have accused me of Smurfing (playing on other accounts) but that is False and unfortunately they fail to provide evidence or more importantly a solution to this problem.
It's a real shame that I have been treated this way and made to feel like a cheat but hey hey what can you do, when someone has a bad opinion of you they stick to it.

We understand this might be frustrating for you, and we don't enjoy banning players on our platform either. However, we don’t do this without good reason. Our internal systems track suspicious scores and account activity using G-Loot, including multiple game accounts.
Based on the User ID provided and our records, the support team has contacted you regarding your ban. It's best to keep discussing it with them to appeal your case further. The team is always happy to do so but remember it is vital to provide as much information as possible to support your appeal and provide any information requested by the support team. This way, the Player Protection team can take the right action. If we’ve got something wrong and so long as the information provided to us is sufficient, we will happily change our decision.
Regarding smurfing in general - G-Loot is a competitive platform. We expect all players to be competing at their best, which means we take a strong stance against players using multiple game accounts in a general sense (you should only ever use one account), but also where we see players competing on lower-ranked games accounts and submitting scores that are not reflective of that particular rank or skill level.
So please, continue speaking with support if you are still unsatisfied or unclear on anything. If you reach an outcome, you are happy with; please consider returning to change your rating to reflect your experience with us better!

It's a good experience but the giftcards arnt available in Australia and I don't have a VPN so if it's possible could you add Australian giftcards

The goal is to provide something for everyone in the future, whether that's more robust stat tracking like we have done for Valorant or rewards (of some kind) for countries that do not have them as of yet.

Post-update, premium has become useless as I get way less tokens, challenges, and benefits in general relative to non-premium. I was scammed for 42 euros.

If you want to get stolen and lose your time
I made all my games on competitive rank even with my riot account logged in g-loot and they banned me cuz they said stats manipulation.
I lost 11k coins cuz of that.
dont install this app. they dont want to pay players so they make excuses.
