BE WARNED THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM OF GAMING COMMUNITY! Stryda just shut down without any warning. On the opposite, all transactions, like a monthly subscription or buying of ladder coins were possible till the last second. You got 60.000 coins left and could buy an amazon gift card worth 100 bucks??? ah just f4k u, we are closing. But be warned again, my friends, the stryda-scam goes on with another synonym called "challengermode" now. Dem Gangsters just switched the hotel to do their dirty deeds without troubling historical ballast. Best regards to all stryda-victims, rate them down pls.

Ladders and Battle Pass do not work
Ladders and Battle Pass do not work. I am a long time with this project and observed how to change prices, methods of obtaining rewards, etc. and I liked everything, but now does not work neither Battle Pass and Ladders. But to be fair, Battle Pass in which rewards are only in the form of tokens works every once in a while, unlike ladders.... They just don't exist. And I realize it's a bug, but it's very unpleasant. If they fix it, it's fine.

Not enough valorant point for too much time and coins. Premium stop people with non premium battle pass (make a second battle pass for premium who doesn't impact non premium, pleaaase..) too long to update stats.

I bought a $20 amazon gift card
I bought a $20 amazon gift card, they sent me an invalid code, I wrote to support, they said they would get back to me within 24 hours, but it's been 2 days and there is no response. If the discount for the product I want to buy from Amazon runs out, that gift card will not be of any use to me, the wrong code was given and support does not respond to my e-mails.

It's incredible, but it could be even better.
It seems like a very reliable and fair platform, which has definitely helped a lot of people. However, you could INCREASE the range a little.
From what I've seen, you've been working for a while now, which means you're probably capable of increasing the region range of available rewards.
For example, I am from Brazil, and I really want to buy some Valorant Points, from the game Valorant (Riot). However, Gift cards are only available in Europe and the United States.
I would love if you include other regions in the rewards. It would also be cool if you translated the platform into other languages, such as Portuguese and others.
Talking about crashes, the missions/Ladders take a little while to load even when updating the Status, but nothing too absurd.
Even so, the platform is good and has a lot of potential.

We do hope to expand the shop in the future, but we are still working on developing core features, and these have taken priority.
Regarding translation to other languages, this is also a big undertaking that we will hopefully look at in the future, but there are no plans at this moment.

i got false banned, because i guess i got lucky with a 41 kills game on valorant and they think im smurfing, yes seems sus but thats my highest kill game ever so like 1 in a million bruh

I used to like it cause it gives non premium members to cancel missions, but now you have to be premium to cancel missions you cant do.

We understand that you may have noticed that some of the options have been moved to premium subscriptions. However, please note that a premium subscription is entirely optional and not essential to enjoy our service. Although it does offer numerous additional perks, including discard missions.
We'd like to remind you that all users can reveal up to 5 Missions every day, and a total of 9 Missions can be revealed at any given time. These missions are achievable as they last for the entire Battle Pass (14 days) before resetting, giving you ample opportunities to achieve your goals.
Missions are meant to be diverse, with some being easier or more difficult to attain. Instead of seeing the more challenging missions as impossible, consider them as something to aim for and enhance your gameplay!

Hey there! If you are getting the error "name already taken," it is likely because the email address you are trying to use is already associated with an account on our service. So, are you sure you have not made an account with us in the past? Perhaps before we rebranded to Stryda on G-Loot/GLL?
If this is the case, I recommend changing your password via forgot password, as creating additional accounts is prohibited as part of our ToS.

Your game recorder isn't reliable, and your technical support does wrong reviews from there. Also your technical support is horrible, you write them and they don't do nothing in the best of the cases; in the worst they do nothing and answer you saying you're lying and be so irritant. You shouldn't have technical support. Will be better.
