My first time with the company and I got maximum satisfaction, wherein the package was delivered on time. Thanks to Global India Express.

Kindly don’t use them pay a little bit more anywhere but don’t use them at all this company needs to be shut….
They don’t even deserve 1 star but there is no other option….
DON’T USE THEM AT ALL

my experience has been nothing less then pathetic.
Absolutely unprofessional people. I have not received my package so far, and when i try to contact the company there is no response neither on phone nor email.
Also when you try and complain their page doesn't work.

I WOULD LIKE TO WRITE IN BOLD LETTERS
PLEASE DONT DO ANY COURIERS WITH THE GLOBAL INDIA EXPRESS.
THEY ADVERTISE THEY ARE GIVING 40 TO 50% OFF AND 280 PLUS GST TO SOME COUNTRIES LIKE LONDON.
AND THEY HAVE DIFFERENT NUMBERS WHERE EACH PERSON WILL GIVE YOU DIFFERENT RATE.
EVEN IF SOME ONE WOULD ASSURE YOU FOR THE ABOVE RATES.
LAST MOMENT THEY WILL NOT SHOW UP.
THEY WILL DEMAND FOR DOUBLE RATES ONLY THEN THEY WILL COME.
VERY RUDE PEOPLE WHO COME TO COLLECT YOUR STUFF.
FEW MONTHS BACK I DID A COURIER WITH THEM AND THEIR WEBSITE SAID 280 PLUS GST BUT THEY CHARGED 550
WHEN I CONFRONTED THEM THEY SAID WEBSITE IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND THE RATES ARE NOT VALID.
TODAY ALSO WHEN I BOOKED A COURIER WITH THEM. EVEN AFTER A CONFIRMATION ON 280 PLUS GST THEY DENIED FROM DOING THE COURIER AND DEMANDED FOR MORE MONEY.
SO EVENTUALLY THEY LEAVE YOU NO WHERE.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH A LADY WHO ALWAYS PICKS UP YOUR CALL AND SAY THE RATES ARE DOUBLE.

I had the worst experience with global india. I had sent me stuff from India to Canada. And when I received my package some of the items were missing and when I questioned about it they were not giving me a proper answer. The customer support is so lacking plus bunch of thieves who took out my good stuff and blamed it on customs when clearly I have the proof of objects sent by them. They are not ready to agree. Don't send your things via them they are just going to steal your good things.

These are frauds. When we enquire they tell low price and after booking they tell 5times more price. And after paying the amount on tracking I see that the parcel is half of the weight. They replace my costly parcel with something else. When I report them in what's they told to contact customer care. When we call customer care, noone receives the call. Now I understood that this courier service is a big scam and fraud. They are doing illegal things in the name of courier services. I was surprised by the positive reviews but I got it that cheaters and frauds can make fake reviews also. I ll file an FIR with this company soon. Let them show what common people can do.

Excellent service provider. The consignment for the USA was packed in front of me in the most professional way. It was delivered to the destination, unscratched, and well in stipulated time.

Now we're regularly sending consignments to our Son (family) in Amsterdam, Netherlands through the Global India Express Pvt Ltd. This time the consignment was delivered just within 6 days of time (including booking day). Really it's super express 🤩 service rather it's a lightning ⚡ fast. Even in India, local consignments are not delivered at this speed. We are very happy that we have discovered Global India Express Pvt Ltd for sending our items to our son and his family in Netherlands. I wish the Global India Express Pvt Ltd to continue with the same zeal and great enthusiasm so that many more people connect with them for their International courier/ parcel needs.

fraud company and bunch of thieves. I did courier two times, I got shortage. No response from staff and the owner Roushan is the worst person. He doesn’t have manners to speak to a lady. Never go for this company.

I don’t normally write reviews but after reading so many bad ones I thought I’d write mine!

People are always quick to leave a review when they’ve had a “bad” experience or are not satisfied, but when you’ve had a good service the reviews seem to be rare with ANY company!

I find this so unfair!
I had a parcel today,
It arrived at London Heathrow late last night and I received it by 2pm the next day!

I order quite a few products from overseas and Global India with DHL always seem to be the carrier,

I have nothing but positive reviews for every delivery I’ve had! It shocks me it delivered so soon after reaching the uk!
The tracking is amazing, love all the shipment updates! The customer service team on the phone are nothing but polite, proffesional and courteous!!!!!!

5/5 service today and on every parcel I’ve received!

The only suggestion I would like to make is compared To other big uk carriers, they have a live tracking feed on the drivers stops, I would love this for DHL! It would be so much better! But this is a suggestion not a negative
