I wrote a review a week ago and can testify that once again this company has delivered a superb service! I ordered some books from Delhi and they reached London within a few days though the exceptional 5 star service provided by Global Indian Express. Keep up the great work Roushan ji and team! Thank you so much.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Global India Express Courier Service, and I feel compelled to share my negative encounter to warn others about their terrible customer service and alleged fraudulent practices. I sincerely hope that this review prevents anyone else from enduring the frustration and loss that I experienced.
To begin with, the level of customer service provided by Global India Express was abysmal. Their representatives were unresponsive, unhelpful, and seemed completely disinterested in resolving any issues. Multiple attempts to reach their customer support went unanswered, leaving me in the dark and feeling helpless about the fate of my package.
However, the real shock came when I discovered that the company was allegedly involved in fraudulent activities. Several reputable sources and numerous online reviews suggested that Global India Express Courier had been engaged in intentional non-delivery of items. It became apparent that my package was not an isolated case; numerous customers had faced similar problems, leading to significant financial losses and emotional distress.

I booked the services for Canada and they took a huge amount from me by promising the goods will be delivered safely which never happened. Infact Packet was opened and items were missing. On checking the same, their representative Jaiprakash who doesn't know how to speak with the customer abused me. I booked the services for Alberta but they asked me to collect the same from Toronto or forget the items.
This is very unprofessional courier service and their representatives are thieves.
There was no attempt to address the mounting concerns raised by affected customers or take any responsibility for their actions. It seemed as if they were deliberately evading any form of communication or resolution.
The combination of their nonchalant customer service, alleged fraudulent practices, and failure to deliver items has left me feeling cheated and deeply dissatisfied.

Excellent service , on time pick up and delivery

Good Service. My parcel reached within 3 days. Their team picked it up from my home we don't need to do anything. Thank you so much for your service.

Worst company.shameful people ..even after two months didn’t receive package

It is a fraud company. Pls "Do Not"use them.

We have sent parcel through Global Express India via docket no 2587245 on 27 th Jan and 2581311 on 4 th Feb..to Germany we where promised it will be delivered in 8 to 10 days

First parcel is stuck in Amsterdam custom ( they sent via Amsterdam instead of Germany) since last 20 days and company does not respond professionally nor on email when it be delivered to Destination in Germany..

Second parcel has reached Amsterdam custom after 24 days from date of collection and they don't know how much time it will take in Amsterdam custom to clear..

Would request user not to use there service as they are extremely unprofessional in there approach and response they don't respond to query and there online tracking does not provide any update..

Thank you very much, I received my shipment in good condition from Bombay to Dubai. I was quite worried and took my chances with this courier company and this company has met my expectations and they are highly reliable and very reasonable too and as they promised delivery would be done in 4 to 5 days they were true to their word. A very content and satisfied customer. Good job done by the team of Global India Express. God Bless 🙏

Dont fall for them. I had to use their service because i dint get anyone else to pick up the item from my home. They charged me 1500 for transferring a 3kg UPS from delhi to bangalore with a promise that it shall be delivered within 5 days. Its already 12 days and I still haven't received my item. There website is not updated, staff is unaware and non responsive and totally customer ignorant policies. They dont care. Highly unprofessional behaviour. They dont reply to mails, they dont pick call, they dont call back. Waste of time.

Hello all of you. If you are reading this review then please never trust this people. There are lots of good company who will provide best service and support.
I am having very very bad experience with this company. I almost give them 450 kg luggage to ship from pune to berlin .almost 3.5 lacs luggage.
Most of the things was broken.my 10,000 rs things missing and they don't have any answers. Worst things are they stop responding me for my lost things . Almost 3 months I waited.. I thought atleast customer service will be good.after this many incidents I will definitely recommend never ever trust to people. Ashok mishra asked me to trust but at the end it broken my trust and now no one is responding after so many emails and sms .

So I will definitely tell you never ever trust. It takes lots of time to earn money and you people are wasting money and breaking trust

We had a terrible experience with Global India Express in shipping boxes from Jaipur to TX (USA). We were shipping numerous household items including glassware and many items of emotional value. The person on the phone assured us that the packers knew how to pack these items and we had nothing to worry about. We received the shipment of10 boxes many of which were ripped and torn. More than 50% of the items in the boxes were shattered. When we saw how the items were packed, we were shocked to see heavy items just dumped on top of very delicate pieces. It is obvious the packers had no idea of how to pack. We are very upset and disapointed with this company and will not recommend that anyone use their services.

Excellent Service and coordination. The whole pick-up and delivery was smooth and received the courier in scheduled time.

This is fraud company.and Manager Mr. Gopal jha cheated me.He collect from me INR 202000/ and aprox. 4 lakh Valued item.since october 2021 he make peplaned fraud.till now he can't deliver my consignment and not pick the phone call.beware this company and this person mr Gopal he is bigg thugg and chor.he charged me 72000 warehouse charges and 130000 freight charges that I already pad his company account 202000.he stolen my all and cheated me.

Extremely bad courier service. it has been 1.5 months and my shipment has not reached. Nobody picks the phone and if they ever do they take no responsibility. Avoid at all cost. better not to ship rather ship with them.

Very Very poor courier services globally as well as in India. The customer support team is also rude and least bothered about customer satisfaction . I sent a package through this comapny’s courier services to USA on 8-03-2022 and the reciever did not recieved the package till date and their customer care team didnt respond over call as well as other communication medium. I request to each and every body to disown this company and not use their services

This company effectively stole my items - do not deal with them EVER. They gave no information on shipping restrictions, and then when items were held by customs awaiting documentation, they took 3 months to respond via email after constant haranguing on my part. No items, no documentation, no professionalism. Disgusting.

Its 23rd day and i have no idea where is my packet .. i booked for india to canada and today on 22nd feb they are saying it is in mumbai . God knows when it will reach to canada ... Seems they wil take more than 6 months to send my packet

Trust me if you dont want tension and delay .. never book this courier service .
Its better to pay 200- 300 extra to other courier companies

I shipped 3 boxes with our clothes to US on Jan 28th. We were told that shipment will reach us in 7-10 days. It has been 18 days and we have not received it.
Web site says delay in Customs clearance, customer service says shipment held at Customs in Germany??
When asking why Germany, shipment was destined to USA, no one answers it and no one tells when we are going to get the shipment of our clothes.

I had handed over my courier at Ghaziabad on 21st January i.e. Friday. They booked it on 23rd. I was told the delivery to Germany will take 10-12 working days. Fair enough.
I was delighted when my daughter in Munich, Germany confirmed me the receipt of Parcel on 28th of Jan. Just 5 days! That was way too fast. Super fast delivery, no damage. Safe n Sound! Thanks Global!
