From start to end it's a great process
From start to end it's a great process. The website is good - options to look at frames on your own face in realtime is handy. Got 2 pairs of glasses; one of them varifocal sunglasses for around £110. So much nicer than being treated as a cash cow in the local opticians. Quick turnaround and delivery. I had to upload my prescription as it's a bit unusual, but that wasn't very tricky. Have been using them for years and will continue to do so.

A Perfect Experience From the Outset.
From the brilliant range of frames, to the ease of uploading a prescription, to the affordability of their products, not forgetting the brilliant deals that run throughout the year, and all supported by outstanding levels of customer service, I have found Glasses Direct to be an exemplary business model.
In the past I have used well know high Street opticians to provide my glasses and this has been an ever increasing costly experience. No more! From placing the order to receiving the frames was less than 7 business days. And the work done has been perfect.
In fact so happy was I with my order that I immediately ordered two pairs of prescription sunglasses from Glasses Direct.
