Fantastic glasses and quick service. The value is unbeatable. However, only four stars because the return system has changed. There is only one suitable return place in my city, ten minutes drive away. When you get there, they angrily deny that it is a DPD point. (All the Google reviews confirm this). I had to drive 30 minutes to the next town. The guy in the shop said "oh yes, I get people coming from miles around." Why can't you use someone like Evri where there are multiple drop off points?

Excellent service from start to finish. I had a lovely customer service lady helping me over the phone to complete a form to order my glasses. Sadly, I was unable to fully compete automated review as I had problems with my mobile phone.
I definitely highly recommend the service. I got my glasses within a week and it’s fitting perfectly.

Took me over a month to get order confirmation and over two weeks since confirmation just received one of the pairs. Still don’t have any detailed info or date for delivery.

After ordering a home trial which arrived very quickly as it was over the weekend I chose my frames on the Tuesday and was under the impression that it could take 7-14days, I received a message in the Friday telling me my frames would be delivered that day. Pretty impressive I thought

Lots of frames to choose from. Simple process to enter prescription and place order. Great to be able to virtual try on different frames to see what suits. Much better price than local opticians.Packed well and delivered promptly.

Love my new sunglasses! They were easy to order, just used the prescription from my optician. I like the frames. The glasses were delivered very quickly, I think within a week. I received emails to let me know progress. Very happy, especially given the price.

Great company to deal with, the process was really easy and delivery was less than a week even with varifocals. I was concerned that when they arrived the prescription may not be accurate as I have a fairly complicated prescription but they were spot on! Being able to try them on virtually meant that I was also really pleased with how they looked and the price was amazing! I highly recommend this company.

My glasses are fantastic and are great value for money. They were delivered quickly and each step was communicated to me. I only had one slight issue - initially I made an error when ordering and tried emailing and using the chat bot to ammend this. I didn't receive any replies or help. Eventually I phoned and my issue was dealt with efficiently.
