Little bad experience with giztop this time. Customer service wasn't good enough. Tried to add something to my order and didn't happen in three days. After three days I have been told that it's sold out know. Delivery was also late. They were saying European warehouse.but delivery came from china. Last time I had ordered charger and it stopped working in few weeks. I didn't replaced the only reason was mentally get depressed for 20 or 30 euro for order and returns postage.too much hassle

I ordered a phone that it was not available.. And i had to prepay for a phone that it was not on stock without any note. Of course i got my money back

It arrived in a timely manner.

If you're buying something here, expect to have no support if your package is lost. I never got my package and they refused my refund. Will not use giztop from now on.

I bought a Legion Y700 GEN 4 with the large G9 controller. I was concerned about having access to Google Play store as I live in the UK. I enquired and Jessica replied back swiftly to explain it would be preinstalled on there. My order arrived in 6 days to the UK packed very securely. Had to remove some Chinese apps or silence them etc but I am overwhelmed with the quality of the Y700 gen 4. Plays Ps2 and Gamecube perfectly. I discovered Giztop through ETA prime on YouTube reviewing the tablet... I strongly recommend *****

Perfect. As advertised.

I was naive in ordering my Oppo Find ND. The model choices were not clear and I received one which has tooo much Chinese. I only read English, and directions in Chinese are a near total waste of money.
But the camera and the photos it takes are fantastic!

I am very satisfied with the purchase. The store itself attracted customers with low prices of the products offered, good descriptions and shipment status tracking. I ordered OnePlus 13 and a case. The whole thing arrived in Poland on time.

I bought three phones from Giztop and the service has been amazing from start to finish. The arrival time from start to finish has been amazingly fas, and in the future I will continue to keep purchasing phones from Giztop.

Quick response Good customer service all legit

I ordered an OPPO X8 Ultra from Giztop and had it shipped to Melbourne, Australia. Out of all the Chinese-based online stores I looked at, Giztop offered the best price by far. The phone was shipped via DHL out of Hong Kong, and I didn’t have to pay any extra import duties, which was great.

However, communication was pretty poor. It took about 4 business days from order confirmation to dispatch, and during that time there were no real updates. I tried contacting their live chat, but all I got was a generic “your order is coming” with no ETA or further detail.

That said, once the phone was shipped, it arrived promptly and in perfect condition. So far, I haven’t had any issues with the device itself it’s been running smoothly.

My main concern is what happens if something goes wrong. Based on the limited communication and vague support, I get the impression that warranty or after-sales help could be a real struggle.

If you’re confident the product won’t need support and you’re mainly after a good deal, then Giztop is worth considering. Just be aware: you’re trading customer service for cost savings.
