I ordered a Waterproof Shower Dog Coat with Warm Lining from Ginger Ted which arrved within a couple of days.
The coat is so well made and the stitching is so well done. My dog has been diabetic for a few years now but he became blind recently. Having the coat with this information on is going to be so helpful. He has coats already but this one is very special.

High Viz warm winter coat for my whippet. Needed an extra warm winter coat for my elderly whippet. Arrived promptly, very high quality as usual (medium whippet 22"). Fits well, nice and long in chest area. Would highly recommend.

We ordered a hi viz coat for our Whippet and had 'Nervous' embroidered on both sides as she's a worrier when walking on the lead.
Customer service were super helpful & friendly, and the coat arrived promptly - along with some Christmas treats! The coat is excellent quality, really well made and warm & cozy inside. The fastenings are robust and the embroidery fab quality. It fits perfectly.
This coat is by far superior to any sighthound coats we have ordered in over 6 years of having Whippets - can't recommend enough!

I ordered two waterproof dachshund dog coats for my boys. The material keeps my dogs dry and warm. The long Velcro straps are a huge bonus — they make it so easy to put on and ensure a secure fit without slipping or twisting during walks, which a lot of coats don’t do.

The length of the coat is great too, offering full coverage to keep my dog’s back protected from the rain.

Overall, this coat is well-designed, practical, and high-quality. If you’re looking for a waterproof option with strong Velcro and great coverage, this one is a winner. Highly recommended!

I have bought two coats for my 2 year old lab - one with a fleecy lining - both with a harness slot. I have given 5 stars, as despite a problem with my initial order, the way they responded and resolved the issue really impressed me. So much so I ordered the second coat and asked if they could shorten the under strap for me. Again this was done without any issue. This is the sort of company I want to buy from. Good quality products and excellent customer service.

Excellent quality products (I've had half a dozen over the years). If there is any kind of problem, e.g. wrong size, their customer are first rate. Thoroughly recommend.

Contacted Ginger Ted to ask a question about a product before ordering, which was promptly and politely answered.
Ordered The Ginger Ted Waterproof Harness Dog Coat with Warm Lining. We had over-measured so unfortunately, had to return. However, the return process was straightforward and without any issues and received the exchange very quickly. Thankfully, we managed to measure her better this time, lol and fits perfectly and the dog is very happy with it, it's all about keeping the dogs happy in here, lol. Used in the wet and windy weather and it has kept her dry and warm. The quality of the coat is A class, very well made, good quality materials and will be longer lasting then cheaper lower quality coats.
Due to the high quality of the coat and how we were treated as a valued customers, very quick to respond, etc, would highly recommend the firm and the product.

Great website for Dachshunds, it is hard to find specific Dachshund coats, especially puppies; the waterproof shower coat is perfect. The coat is well made and great quality. I had not included the shoulder opening for a harness option on my order. An email to Ginger Ted, was responded to quickly and the opening was added. I will be purchasing his winter coat from Ginger Ted once I know how big he will be!

Ginger Ted has great quality products and excellent customer service. I’ve purchased from them multiple times and I’m always impressed. Their coats fit well, are warm, waterproof, and thoughtfully designed. Delivery is quick, and I appreciate the little extras included in the parcel. Highly recommend, though some designs may not suit every collar style.

I can't fault the service, delivery and quality of the coat I purchased for my miniature dachsund. I've been looking for a coat that fits her for a while and this one does the job at a reasonable price!

I ordered 2 coats for my cocker spaniels, however I stupidly ordered the wrong size, I returned them to get a bigger size and this was the easiest experience ever, the customer service is exceptional and the team are so helpful and friendly and we received the correct size coats very quickly and they fit perfectly!
