Outstanding Customer service-Great care and tailored products
Green Dog has genuinely outstanding customer service. They were fast, honest, empathetic, and very solution-oriented from the first message. They took my concern seriously, explained what they were doing to investigate, and offered clear options to make it right immediately. On top of that, their products are beautiful and feel truly tailor-made, with real care in the details. You can tell they stand behind what they sell and take safety seriously. Five stars, highly recommend.

Exactly what I was looking for!
I struggled to find a 6mm slip lead for my teacup Pomeranian, and just when I was about to give up, I came across GreenDog. Their leads are high-quality, and can be customised with a range of colours to choose from. The owner was incredibly patient, answered all of my questions, and the delivery was fast. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic brand
My dog is now a year and a half old, and I can happily say he’s grown up wearing Green Dog collars and leads! The products are not only beautiful but also of excellent quality. Delivery is super fast, and email replies are always quick and helpful whenever I’ve needed information. Highly recommended!

We love our collar and leads!
We love our collar and lead, the quality is amazing and we've had so many compliments on it. The customer service was so helpful and answered all our questions and tailor-made it to suit what we wanted. We won't shop anywhere else now and would certainly recommend Green Dog to anyone wanting a lead that's high quality and durable. So much so we have just ordered our second lead, a shorter one for heal training. We randomly bumped into the owner - Ed when he was exhibiting in London and ordered it then. really knowledgable and so helpful.
