My overall experience with giftsendtokolkata has been a true delight, and I wholeheartedly recommend using their service. I have been a customer with them for over 10 to 12 years. Mr. Hazra has been a great help whenever needed, even at the very last minute. I look forward to the next opportunity to use them again.
Worst experience ever. I ordered fish which was packed poorly and water was dipping from it. In the picture they showed there are 4 types of nuts but they deliver only 3. On the above the owner Mr Hazra behave so badly over WhatsApp. Will need order from them again . Never order from them , they are unprofessional as well as they behave badly with customers.
Unprofessional!. This website claims to send sweets from provided sweets shop but actually they send sweets from some local sweets shop with low quality. Never ever send from this website. I was so happy that this kind of service is available in Kolkata but people mentality can't be changed with technology.
