I entered the wrong billing address…

I entered the wrong billing address when I placed my order. I called customer service right away. My order wasn't even in the system yet. Melissa R. answered my call and said she would update the billing address as soon as the order showed up in the system and email me to confirm. Less than 2 hours later I received the confirmation email. This was excellent customer service!

Great Chocolate, but SLOOOOWWWW delivery

The chocolate is so good and so beautiful. However, I paid $20 for shipping and still haven't received my order placed 1 week ago and in the same city. I was trying to save time, but should have spent the time and gas money to do an in person pick-up. I do look forward to when I do get them though.

So your order has been on hold to ship on that date. We always ship on the ship date selected because our product can melt if there is no one there to receive it.
