I am very upset. They sent gift card to my recipient, and then cancelled it for no stated reason. I had to notify the recipient who was going to use it today for a special outing. I’m very embarrassed. I set it up for a specific shop and the only reason I can think for cancellation was that the shop wouldn’t accept it. The company should have vetted it before card was sent. Aarg. I’ll never do this again. Thanks for ruining what was to be a special day.

Ease of Redeeming. I received a GiftRocket and was amazed at the ease of redeeming it, and the many, many choices of places to choose from. From now on everyone is getting a GiftRocket from me.

I received this from my boss before leaving on vacation. It had a cute card with it that had a message in it saying to enjoy my well-deserved time off and have fun. Made me feel appreciated at my job and was so easy to redeem. You are also able to send a thank you back to the sender. I would recommend this to anyone that is needing to send a gift near or far.

I love the flexibility GiftRocket offers while stilling allowing the send to include the sentiment of recommending use of the e-giftcard to somewhere! It allows the sender to put thoughtfulness into the gift but the user to have flexibility with it.

Absolute scam. Gift card links will take you to a “404 Not Found” page. Do not use.

The message from our friend was right there in the message window from GiftRocket. We enjoyed the "reveal", an envelope with the gift inside. The process of opening it to see the gift was fun. It was also easy. Within a few days, the transfer was in our account. It's a fun way to surprise someone.

The "gift cards" are not real. The confirmation email sends you to a site that never loads, and the businesses do not recognize these gift cards.

We had an older gift and it had passed its expiration. I was not satisfied with that. I felt that Covid affected our use of this item. Wanted to redeem for Amazon gift card and was denied. After responding to email response your company redeemed our gift card and sent us an Amazon gift card
